The transfer was pretty simple with Smart Switch, just not use to Windows 11. Have not used in tablet mode yet, still learning the differences. So far so good. Love open box discounts!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.laptop itself is very nice but i am facing the problem with my brand new laptop i just bought few days ago. the problem with the laptop is the screen goes black when you touch and try to move the screen i am not sure if it is because of the update or there is a problem with the laptop itself i want to give it few days if i have the same problem i will take it back to the store.
