Not a good product. I"m very careful with my computers turned it on one day and there was a crack on the screen. Quick google search shows 100's of people have the same issue. I will say the specs are amazing on this computer though.

Dont trust this laptop. Aux port works half the time. Bluetooth inconsistent. Files take forever to open. BRAND NEW computer and operating like its years old on day 1. I dont trust best buy or samsung with my important purchases anymore after this one. Im stuck with an unreliable computer every day for work.

Samsung's GalaxyBook4 Pro 360 is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a new laptop for work, school, or just needing to upgrade their personal laptop. In my case it was all 3 reasons, the GalaxyBook4 was going to be replacing my old ASUS 2-in1 Ultrabook from 2019, I really like my old laptop so I was a bit anxious about switching. However, after trying out and comparing my new GalaxyBook4 to my old laptop, I like it alot and feel good about upgrading. The screen is a 16" AMOLED Touch Screen with a 3K (2880x1800) resolution and 120hz refresh rate. Its also a 360 or in other words a 2-in-1, so youll be able to fold it till it can be made into a tablet. This is something my old laptop could do and for sure I wanted my upgrade to be able to do, the GalaxyBook4 met that mark. The speakers on the laptop are really good, they are AKG tuned with Dolby Atmos support and will be excellent for video calls, listening to music, or just watching your favorite online shows. The biggest difference from my old laptop and my new GalaxyBook4 is the amount/types of ports and the included accessories. Normally I would consider these changes negative but they arent actually bad just new. The GalaxyBook4 has a decent number of ports, 6 to be exact, those being: MicroSD, USB A, 3.5mm audio/mic, 2 x USB C Thunderbolt, and an HDMI 2.1. These are a great selection of ports for most uses and tasks, with the most impressive being the HDMI 2.1 port which can receive high-resolution video in 4K/120hz or 8K/60hz, and the two USB C Thunderbolt ports which give incredibly fast charging. The accesories included are great, they are the charger and a stylus pen. The charger is a USB C cable and powerblock, so if you lose or break your cable you can use another USB C cable, this is a surprisingly consumer friendly design so you arent forced to buy a new charger that will only work with the device. The stylus is cool because it can work as your mouse and writing/drawing tool, it feel high quality and intuitive. The UI is centered around Samsung devices so it designed to link up and sync all your Samsung devices, which for me was great because I have an S23 Ultra and a Galaxy Watch. It was all surprisingly easy and while I dont use every app I like knowing I can transfer and save my notes from my phone onto my laptop. Aesthetically its gorgeous, its ultra thin and sleek with a nice steel grey color. Under the hood its got a 1Tb of SSD storage, 16GB RAM, Intel Core Ultra 7 Evo, and an Intel Arc GPU. Overall its an awsome laptop and I'm extremely happy to have upgraded, I feel pretty good knowing that my GalaxyBook4 will be able to handle whatever my work or school will bring.

Best Buy was great. The screen broke from side to middle within 2 months. This thing is flimsy and is too big for the chassis. Would not recommend.

Ive been a Samsung Galaxy fan for years. My last non Galaxy phone was probably a pixel 6. But even after trying so many other phones I always come back to Galaxies. So when looking at possible new laptops to replace my main Ive had for awhile I decided to give the Galaxy Book Pro a shot. And its everything I want in a premium laptop and more! The build is so good. It feels so thin and light that it makes me wonder how so much can be packed into so thin of a frame. And no matter what orientation its in it feels super solid. It also has every single type of port you will need and then some. I didnt even need to add a USB hub. The screen has to be my favorite thing. I just recently switched over to OLED on my TV after having OLED screens on my Galaxy phones for years. So it just made sense to get a laptop with one too. And it looks amazing! Its plenty bright, but the main attraction is the contrast. The deep blacks make everything else pop in a way that no other type of display can. So not only does this make videos, games, etc. great. But even boring work related stuff like typing, etc. looks great. This is also my first laptop with an S-Pen. I didnt think I would need this but after using it its awesome. Being able to draw on the screen for notes, edits, and stuff is very convenient as well as being fun to draw and sketch with. Battery life specs say up to 21 hours. Thats of course on very light use. But even with medium usage it gets about 6 hours, and about 3-4 with heavy use. This is enough to get things done for the most part. They keyboard and touchpad feel very premium with nice feel and accuracy. Im use to typing on a keyboard with more travel so it took a bit to get use to the keys. But once acclimated its very good. When it comes to sound I was pleasantly surprised. The AKG speakers sound great with no noticeable distortion even at louder volumes. I might add a BT speaker, but even without one the sound is good. And of course the performance is top notch. There was never any lag or delays. It boots up in seconds. The 1TB SSD has space for days! And with 16gbs of Ram and the Intel Core Ultra 7 everything is snappy and always ready to go. So in summary I love this laptop. It does everything I want and more and does it better then most. And with so many features that make it not only a breeze to use, but also fun its perfect for me. Highly recommended!

Been using this laptop for about a week now and like every other Samsung device I've used, this hits a home run. First it is incredibly thin and very sleek. It like most laptops it feels like something you know you dont want to drop, as that normally turns out badly. The screen has a brilliant display. The dynamic Amoled 16" screen works wonders and looks absolutely fantastic. Deep rich colors. This device also comes with a stylus pen. Im personally not a fan of these, but it has one for those of you who are fans. The speakers are acceptable nothing game changing but it does have clear and crisp sound. 2 USB ports is also helpful when needed. Battery life is impressive and charges and holds a charge better than most. Standard keyboard with backit keys is always a plus. I like the fingerprint reader to easily access the laptop and it is also very easy to set up. It's powered by intel core ultra 7. This is perfect for web-based browsing, gaming for entry to mid-level gaming. Comes with Microsoft 365 which works perfect for everyday use. Comes with 16g worth of memory. Again this is useage dependent so some may want larger storeage. Mouse pad response is excellent. Touch screen on the laptop itself also is very responsive and no real lag is found. Again this is a very reliable and well functioning laptop which I would absolutely recommend.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 16" is a standout laptop that is well suited for the business user, if not the most portable. Powered by an Intel Ultra Core i7 processor, this laptop runs smooth and quick for productivity and graphics intensive apps. I use a graphics editing program that uses up a lot of processing power and memory that has a built in bench mark test. The benchmark on the Samsung Book4 Pro was only about 10% slower than on my much more "powerful" desktop PC and that to me is very impressive. The chassis is remarkably thin for a 16" screen, yet Samsung managed to get a full size USB-A port and HDMI port, as well as two USB-C ports and a slot for a microSD card. Likewise, the weight is held in check, although at around 3.5lbs it's not truly portable. College students won't want to carry this around everywhere they go. However, I think this laptop is ideally suited for the business traveler who needs a nice big presentation screen and power for presentations. Battery life is quite good, if not remarkable. The laptop lasted about 6hrs streaming video with the screen at full brightness. Speaking of the screen, it is big, bright and beautiful. The clarity is remarkable. This is a very nice laptop that I would definitely recommend.

Performance: With Intel's Ultra Processor this PC can definitely handle multiple tasks and is a productivity enhancer. I've noticed my workflow go from sluggish to snappy which really helps get stuff done and meet necessary deadlines. Features: They integrated Co-Pilot AI with it's own dedicated button. I found it useful when I needed it but still naturally went back to ChatGPT as I didn't find Co-Pilot as fluid but it works for identifying what's currently on your screen. Note that you can upgrade your Co-Pilot subscription for added features. Bonus Features: If you also own a Samsung smartphone or tablet, integrating it with this laptop is simple and very useful. I connected my S9 Ultra Tablet via the "second screen" feature and it was phenomenal. I had a 2nd monitor wirelessly connected. On top of that, I could seamlessly share files between my tablet and laptop. I often times take my tablet to inspections for work and need to transfer photos over to a PC but this makes it seamless and simple. It really saves a lot of time and makes my life a lot easier. Build Quality: The chasis is light but sturdy with a premium feel. The OLED screen is incredible in bright light and images really pop in color for true to life effect. The keyboard feels smaller than other model laptops due to number pad being involved but keys are clicks and fluid but could be better. The trackpad is large and very responsive. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop if you're searching for a new work or school AI capable machine.

Love this laptop! Great screen picture and feels very solid. Love the 360 function, for note taking. Use it for work with multiple zooms throughout the day with multiple windows, tabs and apps open. Handles em all easily. Webcam works great for zoom.

Great laptop, beautiful display, slim design is very sleek. I might be dated but another USB port would be helpful if docking, and there needs to be more samsung/3rd party accessories that are fully compatible at launch of newer product.

Nice display, good storage and memory. I find the mousepad to be much bigger than needed. This results in frustration when my fingers stray too far to one side or another and I don't get the results I need. A smaller mousepad would be easier to navigate.

Very happy with it. I already have another galaxy book and am very happy with it. Needed a second laptop and was not dissapointed. Excellent quality, graphics, speed. Definitely recommend it!!!

This is on display doing nothing and taking up 11GB of RAM. This goves you 5GB if thay. Open a few browser tabs, have a video runnung, Outlook open amd your capped

The AMOLED display looks absolutely amazing, and when you match that with the amazing intel core ultra 7. I can game all day on the Go!

I am tempted to buy this but have been reading lots of horror stories online about the screen developing a hairline crack that Samsung will not replace under warranty. The screen on this is very thin for a 2:1. It may not be up to the movement. For now I'm scared away.
