I've noticed my workflow go from sluggish to snappy which really helps get stuff done and meet necessary deadlines. Features: They integrated Co-Pilot AI with it's own dedicated button. I found it useful when I needed it but still naturally went back to ChatGPT as I didn't find Co-Pilot as fluid but it works for identifying what's currently on your screen. Note that you can upgrade your Co-Pilot subscription for added features. Bonus Features: If you also own a Samsung smartphone or tablet, integrating it with this laptop is simple and very useful. I connected my S9 Ultra Tablet via the "second screen" feature and it was phenomenal. I had a 2nd monitor wirelessly connected. On top of that, I could seamlessly share files between my tablet and laptop. I often times take my tablet to inspections for work and need to transfer photos over to a PC but this makes it seamless and simple. It really saves a lot of time and makes my life a lot easier. Build Quality: The chasis is light but sturdy with a premium feel. The OLED screen is incredible in bright light and images really pop in color for true to life effect. The keyboard feels smaller than other model laptops due to number pad being involved but keys are clicks and fluid but could be better. The trackpad is large and very responsive. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop if you're searching for a new work or school AI capable machine.

Use it for work with multiple zooms throughout the day with multiple windows, tabs and apps open. Handles em all easily. Webcam works great for zoom.

I might be dated but another USB port would be helpful if docking, and there needs to be more samsung/3rd party accessories that are fully compatible at launch of newer product.

This results in frustration when my fingers stray too far to one side or another and I don't get the results I need. A smaller mousepad would be easier to navigate.

The screen on this is very thin for a 2:1. It may not be up to the movement. For now I'm scared away.

This thing is beyond slow. Every time i try to do something it freezes and says program not responding. Problem is i bought it for a certain purpose and by the time i got around to my project and realized just how bad this thing is it was past my return window. Best Buy won't even take it in trade towards something else. I ended up getting a MacBook pro. Unbelievable difference! A million times better machine!

Great until the screen cracks!

Not due to any falls or misuse. Samsung needs to offer free warranty on screen replacement or they are just ignoring the problem.
