Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this thinking i was getting a high end laptop. What i got was a electronic paperweight. This thing is beyond slow. Every time i try to do something it freezes and says program not responding. Problem is i bought it for a certain purpose and by the time i got around to my project and realized just how bad this thing is it was past my return window. Best Buy won't even take it in trade towards something else. I ended up getting a MacBook pro. Unbelievable difference! A million times better machine!

Great until the screen cracks!

Not due to any falls or misuse. Samsung needs to offer free warranty on screen replacement or they are just ignoring the problem.
