I've been using my unlocked Galaxy j7 2018 for 2 weeks. It works as it should, good battery & camera. The only thing I miss about my old iphone is Siri & fingerprint log in. This one has biometrics(facial recognition but I haven't tried it). Also you can't change background on the text screen. It has a 5.5 screen and is much heavier than my old 5.0 screen phone. Takes some getting used to. I'll probably go back to 5.0 screen next time but the larger screen is nice. Just a little too heavy for me. Overall I'm satisfied. Good phone for the price. I got it on sale for $219. .$235 after tax. The guy at the Best Buy activation desk in Meridian, Ms, Shaquille is very knowledgeable and so very nice. He transferred all my apps & info pretty fast. He said he loves helping people but I could already tell, he was eager to help. He's a valuable asset to your company. Good job Best Buy, thank you.

My husband was looking for a new cellphone but did not want to tie up with long monthly payments contract so we decided to buy unlocked cellphone that compatible with our cerrrier, AT&T. This phone was on sale and met what he looked for. The screen size is perfect, not too big, not too small. Easy to use for someone who had never used Samsung phone before. Battery lasts very long time. He had it about a month now and never complained anything.

Outstanding phone for the price. I was looking for a new phone and like Android/ Samsung products. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but wanted more ram and processor speed. After looking at a lot of mid range phones I picked this one. I’ve had it several weeks now a love it. My older phones were cheaper versions and after a while would slow down. I enjoy FaceTiming on my iPad and when I got this phone I knew nothing about google DUO video chat. I think it works great. Netflix and all my streaming apps work great and look great on the 5.5 screen. So if your looking for a good phone at a great price this phone in my opinion is a great deal.

This phone was my first choice of what was offered at my local Best Buy. It had lots of options, a decent camera, and a fantastic price. Unfortunately, after purchasing and taking it home, I found out it was not able to be used on the Verizon network. I had to return it for a refund and purchased another phone.

It's a very good mid tier smart phone. Check out the specs and compare them to other phones in its class. It comes with 2GB ram, 32GB of storage, 13 MP front and rear cam, 3.5mm jack. The battery lasts a long time & it was priced right. If you don't need top of the line specs for your phone, this is the way to go.

I'm so glad that a decent phone was available with a button. With most phones the only way to turn on the screen is to use the power button on the side. The problem is that that button is often difficult to press, especially if you use a good case, like an Otterbox. For people like me with arthritic fingers/hands, that's an issue. This Galaxy J7 has a nice central button that's easy to press. It's like the difference between clicking a rigid mouse and pressing a low-force keyboard key. I know that there are hands-free ways to turn on a screen now, but they consume more battery. Samsung, please don't abandon the button. If you put a button on a high-end phone, I will buy it. The drawback of the J7 is that it's not very quick. If this phone were quicker it'd be perfect. I love the long battery life. Also, as a former Motorola (stock Android) user, I love Samsung's version of the OS.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift . I think that this is an excellent phone. It has lots of features, a great camera, and the price was very nice.

Samsung Galaxy J7 has a great screen... very readable. It is necessarily bigger and heavier than I would have liked because of that. There are no instructions of any value either with the product or on-line. So, I would suggest a teenager to help you understand what you really can do with the phone. From a price and product functionality point of view... you can't beat it. I like it because I can read the screen, text with fair amount of ease and browse the internet at a less than outrageous price.

This phone is perfect for anyone who just wants to be able to jump online whenever, send texts and make calls. Of course, it has the excellent camera for pictures as well, but at a third or quarter of the cost of a Note, Pixel or iPhone, it's perfect.

I've had this phone for 9 months now and still love it. I'm not a big phone user and really only need the basics and this more than fills the bill. I use it quite a bit during the day and most days the battery will last all day. Was fairly easy to set up and all of my stuff, transferred over with no problems. The camera isn't amazing when compared to the latest high end phones, but its plenty good enough for me. Really no complaints at all and would definitely buy again. I did, in fact, purchase one for my husband and he's been very happy with his as well

The Samsung J7 doesn't have all the bell and whistles as the S7, S8, etc; but it has a great display latest android version, good camara, plenty of expandable storage, 32 GB internal storage, big display, light, thin and awesome. if your looking for wireless charging, Samsung pay and a few other features, then this is not for you. but, if those are not needed, then I would recommend . it's a Samsung nothing need to be said!

This phone has a few options that my previous J7 dosen't have but is also missing a few options that my old J7 does have. The new interface design is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Unfortunately it has an internal battery, but the battery life is excellent. I do love that you can send a voice recording in text that's awesome. I was disappointed that you can not change the background where your texting is because I like the background to be a bit less bold and to change my total phone settings every time I switch apps just to suit my eyes is inconvenient. But overall this phone is great.

After deciding to switch cell carriers, my wife convinced me to upgrade from the flip phone I have had for 9 years. I did not need an expensive smart phone, as 95% of my use is calling or texts. I have had this one for two weeks and it is great at doing both of those. The apps I have been learning to use all seem to run fine. Camera seems decent to me. Call volume is fine, and no problems connecting or getting calls. So far, it's a great phone for me.

I didn't want to purchase another expensive Samsung so I purchased the J7 and I'm very happy with it. Camera isn't as good as the S10, but does the job. As a phone I like that it has actual buttons.

Got 2 of these for my parents and it is awesome. The screen is nice and large. Resolution is great, and it has all the features that higher end models have. Totally worth it

Nice camera. Easy to use, lots of room to download applications. Lots of room to download pictures. Not complicated at all to use as features are easy to understand and use. I would recommend to family and friends.

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and I love it Great camera great battery it last long time I use what app application and it work excellent For the price is wonderful for me.

Not Bad for the price. It has all the features that I need. Performance is very good. Hoped it had a little bit larger internal storage.

We wanted an unlocked phone for our daughter and this one was one of the better ones for a decent price!! She is loving her new phone so far so good!!

I love it. It is super reliable, I had an old iphone 5 that died all the time because of an old battery. This one lasts days without a charge.
