Q: How does the battery get replaced when it fails?
A: With great difficulty. T mobile told me you just buy a new phone! There are videos on you tube. These phones are glued together so you have to heat the phone to soften the glue before prying them apart. I hope they don't start making cars with non replaceable batteries. TOO MUCH GREED !!!
