    Got this phone as a replacement for an old Galaxy Note 3. It is supposed to work with my T-Mobile account since it is unlocked. Worked for the first 3-4 weeks and then it would not received or make calls. Took it to T-Mobile and since it is not their phone, there was nothing they could do about it. Tried returning on Best Buy but the 14 day return time frame had passed. Samsung warranty has been a problem, so now I have a $250 paper weight. Do not buy

    Bought the item on Nov 3rd while going to Africa and wanted an unlocked phone. Thought it was a reliable name and really did not need protection. Within one week, stopped being able to scan and pick up WiFi. Took it to Best buy after 31 days since I was in Africa. Was told too bad its after 15days. So this feels like I just took $267 and thru it into the river.
