My wife had this phone for a few days. When the phone was purchased we thought it was a new phone, however, the phone has scratches on the screen and there are inquiries on goggle that were not completed by my wife. It now appears that the phone was a open box that was sold as new. Upon a visit to the store management appears to determine that so sad too bad because they will exchange the phone with a $35.00 stocking fee. Poor service on behalf of the management and staff

I have had difficulty with this phone not pairing with my car! Owned Samsung J3 had no problems. Not very happy with this phone!!

I would not buy this phone again. It's constantly hanging when trying to get past the screensaver. I called Samsung, and they recommended running certain device maintenance periodically, but I still end up having this problem. Also getting System UI not responding a lot on the OS which slows down the device.

I have an Android tablet, but my J7 phone seems to have different ways of moving between screens. It is time consuming to learn.

I had a J7 16 and it lasted awhile. So I decided to get another one which was a J7 18. I had many problems with it so the good people at Best Buy let me change to a Samsung A6. My husband has a J7 17 and its good. I just got a bad one.0

I bought this phone for my son that is going into middle School, I thought if I bought unlocked I could later add him to my Verizon account. Won't happen now, Verizon said my phone does not have capability to activate with them due to hardware/software that's not in my phone. Well that stinks, don't know what to do now, take it back to best buy and see what else I can do. But best buy was fast in shipping the phone to me within two days. Phone itself is bigger than my Samsung S8! Very sleek device.
