Nooo!! Disappointed!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone stopped charging under a month, Best Buy has a 15 day policy! So sent it to Samsung, and will not cover the repair! Phone cost $267! Repair cost $212! Do not purchase this phone! Not worth it! If you do, buy the Insurance, ask what it covers. I’m out of a phone and threw out $267!!

Great Phone!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone as an upgrade to the 2017 J7, which only had 16 GB storage. I does everything I need it to do, and a few things more. No need to pay $800-$1000 for flagship, when this is great for the average person. Also, to the people that is only giving 1 star because it won't work with their carrier, READ the description. It specifically states it will not work with CDMA network (Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, etc).

Not Compatible with Sprint!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it thinking I would be ok since it clearly states "Unlocked" but Sprint just informed me they aren't with 3rd party phones unless they are Samsung S8 and above. Now I am out $220 and the only birthday gift for my son. Maybe Best Buy needs to ADVERTISE that the phone isn't compatible with certain phone merchants. Isn't that LAWFULLY practical?
