Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone after talking to both AT&T and Best Buy who is shared with me that since they already used the j7 phones that this phone would be compatible the only difference between this phone and the one AT&T had was it had a larger memory an AT&T didn't carry the larger memory version. It took some Hefty configuration on AT&T site to get this phone to work I had to take it directly to the store and they basically had a Trickett it to get it onto their Network also my Sun Drop this phone once and the screen shattered. I have owned several Samsungs and have dropped them kick them slid down the driveway and never shattered the screen on the first drop and it wasn't even a very far drop. Otherwise the phone with the memory makes the phone better than the older version and a deal that Best Buy had been running at the time actually made the larger memory version cheaper than the lower version that AT&T carry the phone is 5G capable however so it does pick up some of the 5G Network that is being built in the area

I will get back to Best Buy after the holidays and hopefully they will help me with this issue. If not I still can return it with a $35 restocking fee.
