Love everything on the phone minus the battery life and the fact the S-Pen is now on the left side. Performance wise the phone is amazing.

Overall this is a very good phone. Not much difference between this and even the Note 9 really but it is very smooth and worth getting.

Tested several days and I like it. Also I get other rewards as well. So everything looks good for next several years without a new phone.

This phone is ahead of the curve, Let people say what they want but 120 refresh rate and reverse charging is a must in today’s world.

Beautiful phone! Does so much, i have to learn how to use a Samsung again. So glad to be back!! Expensive, but hopefully worth it. I don't want to change phones again for a long time!!

This phone is great!!! Very snappy and responsive to the touch. The screen is amazing. The optics for the camera are second to none.

I went into best buy around 4:45 on 08/21/2020 and left at 7:30 pm, 1 1/2 hours after the store had closed. Rep at Best Buy was helpful but unable to activate my new phone due to pin not working. We had the right pin, but he needed to call a Verizon to activate it for some reason. He called Verizon a little after 5 and there was an 18 minute wait. After 40 minutes of waiting, verizon hung up on us. We continued to try and reach them, were put on hold and hung up on more until around 7pm. Finally around 7pm a Verizon rep came on and fixed the issue. I got out of there at 7:30. Phone works great, best buy rep and managers were great as they stayed past their shifts to resolve issues, but service by Verizon sucked.

What do I need to say it's a note dope everything you want pen camera customization dope I definitely recommend this phone...

Awesome phone. Blazing fast and the most amazing camera ever. Battery life could be better but its my only complaint

This upgrade was neccessary because of my job but I'm impressed with ease of use, durability and use of the pen features.

Good product. Best note yet. Quick processor. Smooth transitioning. Screen will scratch easy, but thats all phones these days.
