Q: What deals are you offering as a trade in towards the note 20 ultra?
A: I traded in my Samsung S-8 and got $650 for it.
A: They only charged the price of device and the one time activation fee. We were able to call directly to Verizon and asked for them to take off the activation fee since we were outstanding customers who paid on time our bill. We did pay the full bill than called Verizon to get it off and on the next month bill they did credit it back off our account. It takes some work but you can get the $40 per phone activation fee back.
Q: Anyone know if the note 20 ultra will have a notification light?
A: Yes, just like the Galaxy s20 series, you can have anotification LED. But there some steps you'll have to do to enable that function. Q: Is there expandable memory on the phone?
A: the Note 20 ULTRA has expandable memory unfortunately the Note 20 does not.
A: I have gotten 8-12 hours out of my Note 20 Ultra, with moderate use and playing music over Bluetooth most days. as an example, today I unplugged it when I got out of bed at 8 AM, and it is now 4:22 PM and my batter is at 34%. Have used it for work authentication, reviewing news, playing Simpsons, Facebook and Pandora. I don't expect to plug it in until about 9 pm or 5% which ever comes earlier Hope this helps. I love the phone, went from an S8+ to the Note 20 Ultra and couldn't be happier. Mike

Q: Can you only use the stylus for the screen, or can you still use your fingers if you want to?
A: You most certainly can use your fingers if you choose to.
Q: Can I use Best Buy gift cards to purchase these phones
A: I was able to use gift cards as part of the download payment of the phone. This helped reduce the amount financed by Verizon and lowered the monthly payment, which is always a plus.
