Cool phone...still learning all the things it can do. Only negative I can see is you have to push the button to make it wake up every time & I need to figure out how to make the sleep mode longer....it times out way too fast.

This review might be a bit biased because I love Samsung products. However, it really is one of the greatest smartphones in the market right now. It feels real solid. Be careful dropping it on your face. Great buy!

Not much to say besides it's exactly what you've come to expect from a Samsung Note device, each generation a little bit better than the next and this one is no different, phone runs smoothly as expected.

Love the phone, hate the color. My bad... I got the Mystic Bronze, which is actually pink when it is in a black case. It isn't that I don't like pink, I just was hoping for it to look, um.... bronze.

A bit disappointed. Not much diff from my note 9. Still a good phone but a lot of money for no new features other than 5g which I don't see any difference.

Ty and Tevin, Customer Service Techs at the Gateway Store were very good at getting our transaction done as quickly and efficient as possible. They made it a very smooth process transferring data from one phone to another.

Its a very good phone but why samsung made so many compromises like a small battery by today's standards that can only charge at 25 watts? Cheaper phone do far better give us the option the ultra should have been the lesser note - at perhaps at 1500 dollars the real note which traditionally has the best of best.

I chose this as a replacement for my failing s10+, which had 1TB of memory. Initially, my thought was to get the S21 Ultra but it did not jave the option to add a micro SD. Great phone so far.

This has been a great phone. The sound quality and screen are my biggest concerns with a phone. I don't really like the rounded edges of the screen but any case reduces the accidental inputs at those sides.

I love this Note20 Ultra 5G phone. Great value and much cheaper than the Iphone. Yes the Iphone has a few extra features but Samsung is just as good as the Iphone when you are trying to save money.

Calls are always clear. Easy to use to contact friends, relatives or anyone I want to contact. Age 75 makes it so much easier than the ring phones I am used to.

Got it on the first day available. Replaced Note 8. It is bigger than the Note 8. In hindsight, I may have gotten the regular Note 20 instead as it borders on being too big. Can believe that said that!

Love this phone. Coming from a hardcore Apple user I’m loving this phone especially the color. It’s much lighter than my iPhone. And plus I love all the many ways you can personalize it!

Thought I would not like that the phone is so big. But actually like it now. Everything I expected and more. Samsung makrs an awesome product and just keeps improving it.

The activation was easy and so was transferring all my apps and files.

I have had every note phone since the 1st one and skipped the note 10 and held on to my note 9 until this version came out and it did not disappoint. With all the rebates and credits for trade in from best buy and Samsung you can't go wrong especially if you have anything from the note 9 or older.

I'm very much sold on the Galaxy Note series. I've owned the Note 5, Note 8, and now Note 20 Ultra. All have been excellent phones. Best Buy's sales gave helped to make them more affordable.

Great phone and great help from Best Buy. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with my new phone all set up. Thank you for answering my questions and making thus purchase quick and easy.

I've had a Samsung phone for my last three models and everything I upgrade i always go through BestBuy. They know how to work with the Verizon system and that makes the switch over a breeze.

I have been using samsung notes since note 3. Will not get another phone I graduated from college doing homework with the pen from notes. They keep getting better and better ...im a note girl.
