Had it for more than 6 months and I'll admit that I use the stylus less than I thought I would, but the phone itself is stellar. It's also huge, obviously, so get a good case.

I love my note 20 ultra. Always been a huge fan of the note lineup. Only now condisering an upgrade since the s22 ultra is basically a galaxy note.

It's a bit more time consuming too unlock. Takes extra pressure and placement of fingerprint and several attempts sometimes. Also it doesn't add photos as quickly and seamlessly as the Note 9 when attaching photos to text messaging or emails although picture quality is amazing!

Nice phone, but it was not for me. I spent days trying to get things adjusted for the connectivity of Bluetooth with my various devices. I was unhappy with multiple items with the phone. The phone would be perfect for those who have been android users, but being a previous iPhone user, the switch was not for me. The messaging system is not as unique as the iPhone. The unlocking of the phone is not as easy as the iPhone 11 Pro. The facial recognition seemed slow. Overall the phone is very nice, just not for me.

Been a Note user from the beginning. I missed the Note 10. So a jump from the Note 9 to the 20s Ultra. I do feel the battery is drained quick but due to constant use.. its understandable

The phone is a bit of an upgrade from the Note 10 and I really like it. The only thing I don't care for is how much the camera sticks out of the back. I really wish they could have made it more flush with the phone. Because of the camera, you pretty much HAVE to use a case.

Anthony, the BG Sales guy was courteous, informative and extremely helpful. The phones are so much more versatile than our older S7 Edge phones. Great upgrade and great service.

Good phone, I'm happy with my decision for the most part. Coming from an iPhone, I would say the only drawback is the lack of apps available compared to the App Store.

Very good phone, I am pleased with my purchase, I was not pleased with the process I had to go through at Best Buy. Once my phone was up and running properly I have been very happy with it. I will however, never buy a phone again from Best Buy.

Very fast top of the line phone. Best buy has the best cell phone deals and promotions. There employees are knowledgeable and nice. Was a pleasant purchase.

This phone was for my daughter and my son-in-law got it for her. I was just the middle guy with the account. Looks like a good phone and maybe get one for myself.

Well I like the phone and I really like the the employee that sold me the phone His name was Cole and he was very helpful. I wish I had him show me more about the camera when he sold it to me cause I made an appointment to come in to have someone show me how to use it the next week and my appointment was at 3 which I was right on time and I drove 20+ miles and I was told I didn't have an appointment and I showed them my email confirmation and they acted like they didn't care and I feel like they just didn't care to show an old lady how to use the phone so I told them I would go home and have my grandchild show me --- I was not impressed with the geek squads help BUT I was impressed with Cole.

It's not what I expected. I traded in a galaxy S9+ that was recently fast and did what I needed. The technology on the note 20 ultra is awesome. However, it seems to be a bit slower, maybe it's the 5g trying to become established. Decent phone.

My upgrade from the Note 9 to the Note 20. I would not have upgraded if it was not for the 5G service upgrade. So I toke advantage of special promotional sale.

Always loved the Note series. My review may be biased, but nothing to complain about, except maybe the camera bump. Too big in my opinion.

Sometimes you just have to write a review to get bonus points. With that being said this product actually is awesome and I highly recommend. love this phone

We got 2 of these basically for the price of one! Can't beat that deal! Traded in our old Note 9's for the new S20 Note Ultra. Love this new one! Crazy good camera!

This phone is everything I expected and a little bit more. I am very happy with my purchase. I was really happy with the personal attention I received in the store.

Hands down the best phone that I have ever owned...I have always been a fan of the note phone series .. didn't like the earphone jack being removed .
