Great Phone and pocket computer in one. Sorry that Verizon did not have buy one get one free! Wife has the new note 20 Ultra 5G (even though 5G here in Naples Florida not yet) And I have the Note 9 which is very good but not the new one.

My first note and I love it Great phone, great features, very responsive. Pricey but if you can get it during a promotion like I did, more than Worth it.

Always had Samsung Note phone love these phones. Ordering was fast and your staff programmed the new phone and put the screen protector on for me. Thanks

This is the best Samsung phone I've owned so far yet, they just keep getting better and better each year. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

So far so good. Only draw back I have found is the fact that this phone is so large! But I'm starting to get comfortable with it!

I like this phone except for the fact that the pen is in the bottom. It has a tendency to get loosened and almost falling out. Would be better in the top. The battery doesn’t stay charged very long either.

Great phone! It does so many things. Not being able to transfer my calendar was a big disappointment. Everything else went well using SmartSwitch.

I have had mine for 14 months and have loved it. if this is the last one in the note series then they left with a bang.

Bought this for the wife and she LOVES it. Too many features included but I'm sure you'll find one that'll hook you to it. I may have to get myself one.

Having had the note 10plus this note 20ultra 5g did not WOW me at all had i did my homework i would had held on to my note 10 plus as the only difference to me is a better camera....

I really want to like this phone but here's the thing. It seemed to work fine the first few days. I don't get or make a lot of calls. i the end of the first week i learned it was not always ringing through. started watching signal and it was up and down every couple of minutes and often none at all. this is while two other phones, one literally feet from me worked. Due to work schedule and living on a small hobby farm, plus the distance from best buy and reduced store hours, i was one day late getting back for an exchange. verizon tech support was no help and Samsung authorized service just hands me a phone number saying we can't help you with it. Stopped at verizon store, said it was wrong sim, replaced but 21 hours later same issue. Call Samsung, have to send us phone, 7 to 14 business days turn around. i had traded in my old phone so now, no cell phone. I am on 24 hour, 7 day a week call for my employer, so not really happy, especially when I learn this has been reported world wide since it was released. so very disappointed as i have multiple Samsung devices that have always worked well. So, not even 1 payment of 24 made and already sent in. Not feeling good about this flagship phone and regretting the purchase.

Got this phone thinking there would be much change from the last one, but it has surpassed my expectations! This is a great phone. Best I've ever had.

I own samsung phones for a long time and this one exceeded my expectations. I love the picture quality, the screen, I mean I love the whole phone.

poor battery life my note 10 plus had 70% battery at the end of the day this one is usually down to 35%. Camera is ok other than it sticks out so far

Its pricey but a good product. Still have not learned all that the phone can do or capable of doing but I know how to do the basics.

I'm upgrading from a note 9 to this phone. I wanted to upgrade for camera features. I have not have this phone very long and I'm sure have not yet explore all the features but I look forward to it. So far its been a great phone.

Man I have so many words but I will leave it at this, If you love the Android OS and you love the Note series then this is the product for you!!!

Outstanding phone but I was disappointed with samsung not having head sets with the purchase. Purchased when Best buy had special of $450.00 off plus trade in for my Galaxy Note 8 phone which made it worth the purchase.

Still getting used to it. I am in an area that has 5G and I have seen the difference - awesome! Still learning all the bells and whistles.
