We've only had it for a few days now and we've had no issues. The only issue we had was with Verizon but the phone works like its supposed to.

This is like having a small laptop in your pocket. It can do some much. You can't write everything this phone can do for you and your business.

I have been used to Samsung galaxy phones. I was waiting for the galaxy note 20 ultras. this product is when I expecting the right quality.

Trying to figure out how to make the battery last longer. If I don’t use the phone it lasts all day, if I use it at all the battery drops fast. I do miss many of the features the note 8 had that this one doesn’t.

I have owned at least 3-4 other note models starting with the note 2. This was a great upgrade from the Note 9. Excellent phone!

Great phone! 4 stars because I don't like that id did not come with headphones and that you can't charge and use headphones at the same time without an adapter.

I got The Note 20 to replace my Note 8. Still getting use to it there are a lot of changes. So far so good. I'm not a big techy person.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and decided on the new note 20 made by Samsung. I didn't go wrong. The new phone exceeded all my expectations.

What else could Samsung improve on these big phones...I think I'm set for years to come unless Samsung comes pur with larger than 6.9 inch

All I can say is I L9ve my samsung products. I am never disappointed, especially when you purchase your products from bestbuy!

Love my new phone. I had the Galaxy note 9 and it was fine but the camera feature and network speed is just fantastic.

This phone is perfect!! I love how easy it was to adjust to it. I enjoy the note feature. It's perfect for a busy lifestyle person.

Other than the new color and camera, really isn't much more to this phone. If you came from a note 10+ such as myself, I'd suggest you wait on the Samsung release.

I'm a little late in getting the phone.. but I really enjoying. I've had a note phone since the Note 8. And I love them!

Love, love, love my phone. My only qualm is not connecting via usb in my car. While I can play music with the aux cord which doesn't make it hands free because you still have to control it via phone.
