Having owned the Note4 in the past, it's so nice to get back into the Note family. Updated features are amazing. Camera is phenomenal! So much capability and customization. The option to save RAW files is a must for every photographer, so this addition deserves a kudos! Still delving into the many changes and upgrades, but overall pleased with how well they thought and planned everything. Thank you, SAMSUNG!

Upgrading from a Note 3 I was initially put off by the size difference, particularly the length. After becoming accustomed to it I now find it much more comfortable to hold than my old phone. The clarity and 4K resolution is absolutely amazing. The S pen has come a long way; from taking impromptu notes to complex works of art.

I bought this phone mainly because of the S-pen. It allowed me to grade my students' tests digitally without carrying around papers. And it does that job masterfully. Everything else: the speed, screen, cameras etc. are extras to me. Highly recommended.

I like the new finger print scanner on the back. The difference from previous scanners is that it reads your print without a swipe, so it fits well in one hand for accessing the reader. The camera is awesome and the speakers are strong. Overall, it was a great upgrade from my S5.

I replace and Samsung Note 5 with this Note 8. It is day and night as far as performance, everything loads faster and the screen looks amazing. It also has great cameras and takes really good pictures. I love the stylus and the option for live messages. Great upgrade from my Note 5. The phone is pricey, but I got it on sale so it was not that bad.

Had my reserves but took the plunge in buying an unlocked Note 8. No regrets. Only issue was getting a new sim card from a Sprint store, 1st store didn't have any sims for the Note 8 but 2nd did. After activation it's only gotten better. 24 hours so far and I haven't had any issues and haven't experienced anything I don't like about the device. It's very responsive, fluid, and highly configurable. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10!! Battery life so far is much better than I anticipated. And both the Iris Scanner and Fingerprint Scanner are Fast!! Even though the Note 8 is currently the highest priced Samsung phone, I use my phone daily and don't have any regrets on paying the premium for this phone. If you can get it for less and can afford to have one as your daily driver then don't hesitate and just pull the trigger. You won't regret it. Just make sure to protect it with a good case and screen protector.

I am a technophile and Android phone enthusiast. This was my first experience outside of Google/Nexus phones. All I can say is WOW. This is THE phone at the moment. And future proof for years to come. Everything about this phone is of the highest quality - camera, build, screen, etc. It's expensive. But you will get the best device on the market.

The Note8 is the first flagship phone that I've ever purchased (all my others have been "budget-style" phones from Samsung), and I'm happy that I bought it. Fits nicely in the hand, plenty of memory for apps, a battery that holds a charge all day with plenty of use, and a screen that's large but not too big. The S-pen's both easy and fun to use, and adds an extra layer of interactivity to the user experience. The fingerprint scanner on the back allows for quick activation, and the customizable edge apps gives access to your favorite applications. Overall, a stable device, it performs well, offers a range of options for utility, entertainment, and simplicity. Definitely a product with staying power.

Well this is my Forth NOTE phone. From my 5 to the 8 is like night and day. Since it is unlocked it does not have all the cool items I wish it had but then again it has like 20 less apps then my old units due to NO SPRINT garbage. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Samsung keeps outdoing itself with its Galaxy Note phones. The Galaxy Note 8 is, without a doubt, the best cell phone ever. Excellent camera, extremely quick streaming, fingerprint access, and ability to write notes on the screen using the stick just to name a few features. This phone puts other devices to shame,

The Note 8 is by far the most useful multipurpose phone i have ever own.Despite the setback of $1,000+, it's truly shows it worth from the bezzleless screen to its high resolution color display. The intergrated useage of the S Pen is more capable than preivous note series. The battery is much better than credited and i run youtube ,snapchat, and a lot of gaming apps thats 8 AM to 1 AM. From 100% to 41% without power saver on. You are honestly getting your moneys worth. Only downside is clean the screen since it glass and all. but Still worth it.

I'm so happy I bought this phone to replace my S7 Edge that was on its last leg. I bought the unlocked version and couldn't be happier. I've put the phone through it's paces and the phone never slows down even under extreme use and the battery life in comparison to my s7 is other worldly. I stream spotify in my truck all day and use the internet and talk on the phone for work a lot and I can make it from 7am to 11pm before needing to hook it up, very impressive.

This phone is a joy to use. This is my first phone t have fingerprint unlocking. The apps for the stylus are very useful. I use them to take notes and to add notes to pictures such as dimensions. The stickers in the photo app are very fun. Really enjoying the phone. I recommend this phone.

Without a doubt, the best phone I've ever had. It has mostly replaced my laptop. The processor is snappy and fast. 6 GB of RAM means lots of multi-tasking. The pen feels a bit thin but I have big hands. Front and rear cameras take gorgeous pictures. Charging is fast; about 2 hours from 15% to full. Battery life is incredible. I can go about a a day and a half with normal usage (approx. 6-8 hours of screen on time). You get AKG earbuds from the factory! Definitely a good value there. It might feel a bit cumbersome if you have small hands. Definitely play with it in the store first to see if that's your thing. Wonderful phone otherwise.

This phone is very nice. I upgraded from an S8 to the Note 8 as I wanted to have a stylus for taking quick notes during meetings. Unlocked is the way to go, you're able to fully use the device, where my previous Verizon S8 was unable to do some of the device maintenance options. I also did not have any carrier branded apps that I couldn't uninstall on my phone going with unlocked. If you're on the fence about a phone to buy, I would highly recommend the Note 8, even with the S9 and S9+ coming soon.

I'M STILL LEARNING HOW TO INTERACT, BUT HAS TUTORIAL TO LEARN HOW TO USE THE A.I. "BIXSBY". THE CAMERA IS OUTSTANDING AND VERY CLEAR. PICTURES EASY TO CHANGE , AND VARY, AN SHARE WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS. LOVE THIS PHONE!!
