When I got it I noticed on the box it is for Samsung phones only. Took it backed to the store in the unopened box. Best Buy reduced my refund by $50 that I never got back even after contacting customer service and after customer service lied and said the $50 would be credited. Never got it. Even though I purchased a similar product the same day that works on my Motorola. Oh well, lesson learned.

Your feedback is appreciated as we strive to be innovative and improve the design and functionality of our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag 2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network help with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. If you would like to share additional feedback with us regarding your purchase or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Samsung Support. And control other devices, send a notification to someone else and more (after you set it up to do so)!!! No other SUBSCRIPTION FREE tracking device can compare or compete-PERIOD!!!!

The first set I gave 1 to every one in my family. They all love the features so much that I bought another. I also plan on using it to keep track of all our luggage on an upcoming trip. With the airlines making a lot of mistakes lately, knowing I will have an idea of where my things are is comforting. That in itself is worth the purchase cost
