The agent over the phone messed up my order and the agent in the store mostly fixed the problem and price the the phone agent.

Pretty awesome. Not only does it keep track of my keys but can turn off my TV and other Smart things with a press of a button on the device when leaving the house. It is more useful than my airtag was but a tad less accurate.

Very useful for what I need for work and home use.

This item tends to loose its connection. If had to reconnect it multiple times to my wife’s phone.

Such a relief to track my luggage as others went missing, often for days.
