Better than original but far from great.

Unfortunately it can't be used with iPhones even through the Smartthings app. Also doesn't provide live tracking. Does a great job of locating stationary objects when other Samsung devices are nearby.

We value your candor as we continue to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. The Galaxy SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag 2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network assist with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. You are correct, the Galaxy SmartTag2 is not compatible with iOS devices (iPhones) and only works with Galaxy devices. It was great peace of mind knowing exactly where my bag was at all times. I would definitely use it again. Will be purchasing more for the family

I've already lost my keys and found them at the local post office. And if you lost them in your house you could press a button and they make a noise which is even better.

We're about to take our first trip with them but setup was easy and leaving my husband with my luggage when i went to the restroom, the lounge he was in was clearly identified. Hope to never really need but great to have just in case.

No the best, but better than the worst

It showed full battery but I decided to change it and I could pair it back to my phone. It's 75% accurate I believe. History is sometimes off. It showed that I've been to places that I haven't. But it's better than nothing and for the price it's okay.

I highly recommend. Unlike airtags you can replace batteries too.
