Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's Okay, it's an airtag or airtag like, I use them to keep track of my pets, so I didnt like that i had to leave it as a dangle option basically, like for example an apple airtag is smaller and you can have a plethora of options to display it where it does not have to prominently hang / get in the way on a pet collar.

Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to provide the very best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers while we remain committed to constant innovation. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The SmartTag2 utilizes the SmartThings Find network which consists of many other "findable" Galaxy devices that work as beacons by sending out signals. Once these beacons detect a signal from a device that is being sought out by its owner, they will relay that information to the SmartThings Find network; allowing you to see the approximate location of where your lost SmartTag 2 last transmitted its signal. Other Galaxy users that are participating in the SmartThings Find network help with updating your SmartTag2's location within the app. We would be more than happy to assist you with whatever you may be experiencing with your SmartTag2, but we need more information than we currently have available before we can do so.
