Easy to setup on a Samsung phone. It doesn't work with other branded phones which is why i don't give it a five star.

If you have a Samsung phone they work better. Smart things app is typically used to track but in my case, I have a Pixel phone and it states that in order to track I have to use smarthings find which is a web based program and have to sign in every time. Then there can be quite a delay in retrieving the location and no real history option to see where its been. I would still recommend them if you want a basic tracker to keep an eye on an item at any given moment. If you want to track something or see an items location history you'll want a GPS based tracker that requires cell service.

Ordered Android air tags by cell for an upcoming Turkey Day gathering. The representative on the order was very helpful asking questions and reviewing my order before purchasing. Went to my Best Buy store for pick-up. I placed a tag in my car and the other's for luggage before for my flight. Thank you "Best Buy staff."

Nice little locater setup. You can share tage location with others. You can look at the travel log for each one. With the Best Buy bucks i earned for buying from Best Buy, brought this 4 pack down to a $7 purchase, so while i haven't found any negatives yet, the cost will keep the 5 stars up for a little while. My wife would have never found her keys recently, had she not attached one of these tags to her keys. It was a life saver that day.

It works as it should and is easy to configure. It has additional location features on cell phones that support UWB.

Great product. Terrible and incompetent customer service. They extended my delivery date by 14 days when they said I'd get it next day. So I canceled the order BEFORE it shipped .. and they still shipped it anyway. I had to go through a hassle to return the product .. and I am STILL waiting for the refund. I wouldn't go through this again. So while what I bought from Best Buy was excellent .. I sent it back and got the same product same day from Amazon. If I'm not paying cash .. I wouldn't buy anything from this store again because they showed that they do not care about their customers.

I like that they are lightweight. I bought the four-pack because I have four kids. I was able to hide each one inside their backpacks so that they wouldn't be tempted to play with them. They are easy to set up, and you can name them. Three out of the four updated to display their current location. One displayed that it was at my home address all day when clearly it was in my daughter's backpack at school. I know because I work from home and my daughter is in elementary. Although the others updated regularly, it took several minutes to update the location.
