Great tablet for Seniors!

The screen is huge, the colors are vivid and the set up was extremely easy. We purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and she was up and using and playing with the tablet in no time. Seriously the "Best Buy" for some one who is elderly or a beginner to the tech game.

Actually every family member has gad one including kids, for at least one year. None of them broke so far. This 2019 model is a little bit improved but the 2016 models are very good too. No technical problems, internet is receving strong. Battery is as described and to our satisfaction. Skype no problems. Speakers and mike are quality.

Terrific Tablet

Great resolution, lightweight, and easier/quicker than opening up her older laptop. Best Buy associate Oscar was very helpful in helping me choose a tablet that would be "senior friendly". He also explained how for me to set it up for her to use right away. Thanks for all your help!

The lcd display looks crisp, and the processor is capable of handling most day to day tasks without any noticeable lags. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product, and I've been using it for close to 8 months now.
