my mom first seemed unsure if she would be able to learn how to use it. After purchasing a stylus pen to help her to use it much easier for her shaky hands, she plays games and checks her emails daily. She is really enjoying her tablet. Really helps to keep her mind very active and it is really good for her hand and eye coordination.

I bought this tablet from Best Buy and also purchased a 128 gb memory chip for extra storage. I am totally satisfied with it and it does all that I need a tablet to do and more. I have a long way to go with it and a lot to learn but this Samsung Tablet is fun, entertaining, and educational which is all that I wanted.

I love this tablet. I purchased it as an upgrade to my existing Galaxy Tab which is old, running very slowly, and is getting low on disk space. Everything works great and for what I use it for is super speedy. The only downside is that it came with a "FREE" cover/keyboard combination and the keyboard does not work.

Well priced, I use it for work related emails and demos. I like the photo quality and the screen size.

Screen was unresponsive and very hard to unlock the screen at times. YouTube lag when scrolling up and down and even on Twitter and on the internet. The tablet did have a great screen with vivid graphics. And it was light and thin to hold or carry around. I recommend to buy the tab s5e it has better specs and no lag at all.

Seamless migration of data and information from my phone to my tablet and it feels like an extension of my phone. Apps work and look great on my tablet. No crashes or problems yet. The sound isn't impressive for a tablet so you might need a portable speaker to make this tablet feel like a portable entertainment system.

We upgraded my son's Samsung tablet to this model. It has great front and rear cameras. It processes quickly. No complaints.

On the outside, it's a high quality, well built and good feeling device. It also features a very vibrant screen. However, the combination of Samsung's Android launcher "OneUI" and relatively low specs make this a fairly poor user experience in the end. This tablet is slow, and slugs along at basic tasks that it really shouldn't be slow at. It's specs are low, and that's fine given that it's a budget tablet. But the old 2013 Nexus 7 feels like it's snappier to navigate through the menus and browse the internet on, and it's six years older. That's completely unacceptable. Samsung's OneUI has always had an issue of feeling more sluggish than competitors, and with their budget devices it shows. This tablet isn't bad, it just doesn't feel as smooth as other budget alternatives, which is a shame considering it costs more than the other budget devices as well. I still use this device and opted to keep it, but it mainly functions as an e-reader at this point, because browsing the internet just takes longer than I'd like it to.
