    Apparently, there is a known issue with the display freezing or blacking out. I have completed a full factory reset twice, and it has not fixed the issue. Unfortunately, it will need to be repaired or replaced. My luck with Samsung has been bad as of late. This is the third problem with three different products, in a year. I don't want to venture back to Apple, but I may.
