Would have taken it back but discarded box. i am an experienced tablet owner but everything was hazy , pics not sharp, i think that is what sticks out. I bought a asus zen tab 8 at same time and after using the asus a 12' yr old didn't want the samsung 9.7. She wanted the zen. For $200 it should have been better

Not very good.. Lags a lot could have been made better and Samsung has issues with updating there software on tablets

On a budget I would recommend this tablet is an older version of the 10.1

Don't bother with this one. Upgrade to the 10.1 inch. You won't be disappointed. 9.7 has a bad screen and slow.

besides the spen, this device is lacking in the hardware dept. I returned it and bought a used note 10.1 2014.

Too many differences from the Windows 10 system I was used to. Nice unit, just not comfortable to use.

It's a very mediocre tablet. This isn't a bad thing however. I bought it for my mother and she loves it. She's never had a tablet or smartphone before so to her it's great. I personally find the screen rough to look at for any extended time but she has no complaints. Perfect starter tablet.

A good tablet for your general things.such as surfing the web playing small games pictures and emails.

Good deal, purchased for thanksgiving but looks like this is not allowed on flights so returned.

not a bad choice works well would do it again if needed

1) whenever we try to tilt view, screen turns off and we have press home button to enable it again. 2) absolutely not for gaming. If you are planning to buy it for gaming purpose, better change your plans 3) camera is not at all good, its like vga camera

Like that it links up with my phone, so i dont have to babysit my phone.

the one I look at had a pen this one did not. did not know tell sale was over.

it's ok if you're a child, its cheap so you wont get angry when its broken.

I've had this tablet for a few days now and after streaming audio on the tune in app for 8 hours it only used 10% battery and the battery usage says it still has 44 HOURS! Left. Other than that the S pen really comes in handy and the tablet is a pretty good size, but after using it, it makes my phone screen (Galaxy S 6) Small. It is an amazing tablet.

It works fine but it doesn't hold a charge and takes for ever to charge.

My husband needed a basic tablet for internet use. This fit the bill.
