I bought this to replace a cheap tablet for my grandma. She is not tech savy but tablets are simple enough for her to figure out. She only uses it for word games, candy crush, and the occasional slot game. I removed things from the home screen for her to only have the apps she needed and it seemed to be ready to go. However the software operating system is garbage. Within weeks we were having to do hard resets. I should have returned but i was thinking it was operator error. It now has stopped working with the "no pit binary code" error. I bought because of the samsung name and have used their phones in the past but this tablet is a complete waste. It could be a bad batch or it could be all of them i'm not sure. Please dont waste your time

Bought the Logitech keyboard for my galaxy s tablet. The instructions were pictures only, no words at all. Words help explain a lot. It still hasn't connected with my tablet. Not very impressed with the item that was recommended by the best buy staff.

My grand daughter loves it. She use it to write her thank you notes and just leave me little notes on my email. She will be able to do some school work on it.

The tablet first off the screen when you turn it on is dim the color and graphics are low quality i did not like it, it shut off . thats why i went to the ipad

purchased this tablet for my granddaughter and she is thrilled with it. Easy to use, great graphics, good screen size for a first time user.

My third Samsung tablet, and the most frustrating. Blotware, pop up ads during web browsing? Come on, Samsung. If it can't be rooted and wiped clean, this will be my last one.

I did not give it a fair shot. I bought it for my daughter and she absolutely hated it. I like Apple products because they're so basic yet so advanced.

You would have a hard time playing games on it. It was crashing al the time.

Great over all. The only thing I don't like about it is that I can't use Chrome Castle on this tablet.

I have owned a lot of Samsung products. This was not good. It kept saying it was charging even without the cord being plugged in.

This is not the tablet for you if are an apple customer. I bought it thinking I could load movies from iTunes and I was mistaken.

I bought this tablet in Christmas 2016 as a gift for my daughter. Thirteen months later, February 2018 the screen started to degrade, making very difficult to handle it and now it´s impossible to see anything. An schedule degradation?, because started immediately after the warranty expiration. The screen needs to be replaced and the repair is almost as expensive as a new one.

I owned this tablet for 16 months and it simply just stopped turning on. Never abused, never dropped, Rarely ever taken out of my house. Perfect condition. So disappointing, especially since I've been a fan of this product line overall. Now Im looking around for Mothers day and I have to look at other brands. you would think it should last a few years at least! Garbage

This was purchased to replace a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. So far, great performance, size, and battery life. Compliments my Samsung phone very well..
