For the price this tab is ok. Images are not sharp and battery drains overnight even if you are not using it .

I was so excited to give my boyfriend a tablet for valentines day. Now I am ashamed. This tablet IOS will not update and gives an error code. In addition it will only stay on for a couple of minutes and then powers down on itself. It is back again with Geek Squad. I hope they do not pretend to fix it again. I would be nice to have a functioning piece of technology.

The device states expendable memory however that is limited. After the latest android update my tablet wouldn't play episodes of Disney Shows saved to the external memory. It's hard to explain to a 3 year old why she can't watch Mickey Mouse on a 8 hour drive across country. Needless to say I returned my device for an iPad. Pricer but a better value.

Over priced. Be carfull emplyees lie about return /exchange time to get u to purchase item

Took it home went set it up and it froze up halfway through took it back

I returned this within a week of getting it. I used it once or twice and the tablet malfunctioned. For some reason there were lines across the entire screen the 2nd time I tried to use it.

I didn't like the camera because a note has a better quality photos

Slow processor. Blurry resolution. Returned for a different tablet.

I WAS TOLD THAT THIS TABLET HAD A FLASH, BUT IT DID NOT, AFTER OPENING THE BOX, I WILL BE TAKING THIS BACK FOR A REFUND, THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME, THAT IT WAS JUST LIKE THE 10.1, THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IN STOCK, SO I GOT THIS ONE, BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE SAME, JUST SMALLER SCREEN....

Bought the budget tablet with the hopes of reading email and surfing the web. Only got to use it a few months when device stop s charging. After re-reading reviews, noticed many past issues with charging from others. Spend the money on an apple!

Got my package I could hear it talking back.Had to use my phone stylus to double tap everything to get into settings and do a factory reset to my tablet. Geek squad check this?...doubt it.

After reading all the outstanding reviews and Best Buy had the Deal Of The Day $199 and I was able to use my $20 reward certificate towards the purchase made it more exciting. Received it yesterday and quickly started it up. A much faster tablet than both my IPads. I didn't want to spend a couple of hundreds on another IPads and Samsung came through in price. Love the size 9.7, the lightweight easy to carry around daily. Nice, crystal clear and bold. The camera is phenomenal beautiful and clear. My only gripe is the sound should have been a little more louder. But since the tablet has a Bluetooth feature I can connect to my Bluetooth speakers. That's the reason my I give it 4 stars. Love the Smoke Blue color instead of the boring black and white. BestBuy another great purchase.

I have been using an iPad 2 for years & loved it until it grew sluggish with age. Now we have many choices for tablets and this is an excellent one for basic use. It's fast and very easy to use, much more intuitive than the quirky iPad. I set mine up without even downloading the user manual. (I do have an Android phone.) Much has been said about the low screen resolution, but the screen is pretty and adequately sharp for all usages that I can think of. My tablet is used as a handy mini computer and it is great for that. The only game I play on it is Spider Solitaire, so I can't comment on the gaming capabilities.

This tablet was a waste of money. It constantly freezes and my son has to always delete games in order to use it! Not happy

This tablet is not worth the money, camera is horrible, the grafic are choppy and games don't run very fast on them,

I spent a week downloading my movies. Has the scared full. Got up the next morning it was Empty. I returned it

First thing that impressed me was its clarity. The size of tablet is idle to easily hold. The camera is so good and works well for skype calls.

Get an iPad. It is a much better device. this is slow and laggy
