When I first ordered it it was supposed to be here in a couple days. Took almost 2 weeks to get it. Other than that it is a great tablet. My wife loves it.

She enjoys it and I enjoy her using it for memory and cognitive things. The only fault that I have found is that the battery takes quite long to charge. Other than that, Love It.

Laggy navigation experience; too much bloatware

The display is good, but my biggest complaint is that the navigation experience is laggy and cumbersome for some actions. Samsung loads their products up with a lot of proprietary apps that I don't want or need. I think this is a case of "you get what you pay for." For my use case, it's fine, but if you plan on using this tablet on more than an occasional basis, I'd recommend buying a better quality product from another company.

Lifeless battery
