Overall this A8 tablet is excellent. One feature I wish this tablet had would be flashlight. A lot of storage, the size is great, performance is awesome. I highly recommend this budget tablet. This tablet has the smart view option so you can mirror it on your tv. Also it has a couple of updates every now and then which is good. I dont use it for gaming, but im sure gamers will find it useful with all this internal storage plus expandable storage available. Whenever the price drops down its a good time to get it. I love it so much so far I have bought myself 3 of these.

I bought the Galaxy Tab to use for my music performances with Setlist Helper. It is a great tablet, but I have had a couple of issues with it suddenly closing the app while I am using it. Not sure why this is happening, but I don't think it is the app. It never happened on my other tablet and I got this one because the screen is larger. I don't have a lot on it and don't use it for much else. The battery DOES last a LONG time. I forgot it in my gig bag and two days later the battery was still more than 50% so I can recommend it. I am trying to figure out what the issue is. If I have two things open it will sometimes minimize everything - as though I had pressed something - and that can be a problem in the middle of a song. It doesn't happen all the time and it could be something simple. So far, really good!

I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 128 GB on sale about 200 bucks. I now own two of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 128 GB (for myself) and one of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 64 GB (for my parents to use). Because I was looking at Samsung S8 128 tablet but big problem with price is way too high. Should cost about 300 - 400 bucks, not 700 bucks or more. Please stop playing game on price to rip people money off. Because I'm heavy multiple tasks then must have to buy two tablets for myself. Because one tablet is not enough for multiple tasks, that's why. I see other people are complain about multiple tasks cause slow down because of hardware limited. Means people must buy two or more tablets for multiple tasks. That's why. I wish Samsung should make world's first Android gaming computer desktop / mini desktop that will allow us to control multiple programs and games at same time just like Windows, Linux and Mac OS. Processor speed 2.0 GHz is very good. I wish Samsung should put more powerful CPU speed like 3+ GHz and can do turbo boost to hit about 4.5 GHz in near future would be great for best gaming experience! It play Nintendo 3DS games (Citra emulator) running good and Nintendo GameCube/Wii games (Dolphin emulator) running smooth and great on this tablet! Also I did try play PS2 games on this tablet and play just good but need more faster CPU speed and GPU speed. How about Nintendo Switch emulator like Yuzu? I not try it yet. It's will be awesome if game running smooth. If not smooth then have to search another heavy gaming tablet with more powerful CPU, GPU and bigger RAM, bigger storage are one answer for us and people must buy it. Anytime in one day for tablet will have more powerful CPU and GPU that would play games a lot of smooth. I heard new tablet with Nvidia GPU or/and AMD GPU video card are coming next year (2024 and after) and will able to play heavy gaming! How amazing technology get evolve over time in every years! I can't believe that! Wow! 4 GB RAM is still not enough! That's why I have force to buy two or more of tablets for multiple tasks! Boo! I find out that 4 GB RAM are split in two way are 2 GB RAM is real and another 2 GB RAM is false take 2 GB RAM space from 128 GB SSD storage. I don't like fake RAM and want have full real size of RAM please! Because RAM are very popular and when go bigger like 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB, etc are getting cheap and more afford like few bucks for upgrade each RAM to bigger capacity size increased. That's how computer laptop and desktop RAM are cheaper and afford than tablets. I wish tablets should follow same like computer laptop and desktop for have bigger RAM upgrade. Display screen is something downgrade like TN type (not IPS or VA) and hurt my eyes due to bright setting (about between 36% - 44%). When I play game and screen make my eyes blind for few minutes and can't see sides! I have force bright speed much down near to dim setting (about 8% - 12%) and help my eyes not get blind again. Bright light is act like flashlight toward our eyes and do get hurt also cause get blind! I change setting inside display to turn eye protection on and it's help little bit. Samsung company must address to improve display screen quality to prevent any problems to our eyes cause get blind due to bright light. Please use IPS or VA panel with block blue light filter built in together would help a lot to prevent our eyes get blind. Please improve display screen quality! Camera is good on 1080p. Not best quality, just like normal quality. I wish need have high quality camera and more sharper pictures and video. I was on Android operating system 11 then upgraded to Android 12 then Android 13 and notice improve speed little bit. I hope Android 14 or later would be more light and a lot more faster load time. When turn on tablet to boot up to home take about between 50 seconds - 1 minute and 20 seconds. I wish boot time would take 10 seconds or less would best ever. I wish and want to install Linux and Windows operating system on this tablet but I don't find any info on internet yet. I know it would need have 128 GB storage and above on SSD memory built in motherboard from inside tablet. Triple operating systems like Android, Linux and Windows would be great on tablet to allow us choose to switch between different operating system. I wish to buy tablet with 512 GB storage or 1 TB storage or 2 TB storage would be awesome! Hope in near future will allow us to do that. But not on this tablet yet. I own old tablet from 2 years ago name is Dragon Touch Max10 Plus Android Tablet with Eye-Care Touchscreen - Quantum Dot Resolution, Octa-Core Processor, 3 GB RAM 32 GB Storage, Wide Color Gamut Display, Android 10, 10 inch 1080P FHD Screen (bought from Amazon). This have slow CPU processor at 1.2 GHz is weak and weak GPU cause laggy and slow load time in Android game name is Puzzle Adventure (similar to Diggy's Adventure). I bought this for my kids and he is happy. Display quality is good, performance is good, battery life is good - easily last two days if user normally and last more than 3-4 days if in standby. It charges fast. Wi-Fi connects very well, also Bluetooth connects with device whenever find the paired one. Its almost 8 month over using it and overall I am happy with this product with this reasonable price.

The Samsung - Galaxy Tab A8 10.5" 128GB (Latest Model) - Wi-Fi - Gray was a great upgrade from my old Galaxy Tab A. It has more storage and seems faster. Very happy with it!
