Tablet was constantly freezing up took off screen protector and it improved a grrat deal. I had to do a software update and now it's working better but not with the screen protector. Haven't seen anyone else list this issue so thinking about returning it.

Very pleased with this tablet. I would recommend to friends and family. Tablet was on sale which made it a great deal

One of them does and acts like you would think it should. The other one, the touch screen does not work properly. It works good until you put a screen protector on it. This is even immediately after factory reset without any thing extra loaded on it. Have tried 3 different screen protectors. Have done the factory reset. No good. It works great when it has a power supply, but who wants to be tethered to a power supply all of the time. It also works good if you thouch (ground) yourself to the frame of the pad. I picked up on that reading some chat rooms with the same problem so I'm not the only one. I did the messsage thing with SAMSUNG and basically got the run around. They would not acknowledge any issue.
