Smooth transition for my son, got familiar with mechanics easily.

Bought 2 of these. One's great the other one not so good. One of them does and acts like you would think it should. The other one, the touch screen does not work properly. It works good until you put a screen protector on it. This is even immediately after factory reset without any thing extra loaded on it. Have tried 3 different screen protectors. Have done the factory reset. No good. It works great when it has a power supply, but who wants to be tethered to a power supply all of the time. It also works good if you thouch (ground) yourself to the frame of the pad. I picked up on that reading some chat rooms with the same problem so I'm not the only one. I did the messsage thing with SAMSUNG and basically got the run around. They would not acknowledge any issue.

We love it. Fast does everything we need it to do.

My wife loves this tablet. Very functional for a slower user. We own lots of Samsung products. Hard to beat.

Purchased on sale 6gig, 256 memory. Wanted to try a nonApple device. Unfortunately, this device was too slow when doing web searches or opening multiple apps. Kept going to my iPhone whenever I wanted to look up anything on the web. Ended up returning it, and purchasing the new iPad. Pay extra and get an iPad instead. One good thing about this device is the brightness, much brighter than iPad when using device outside.

Great tablet. I got it for my mom as a christmas gift and ao far she is loving it. She uses it on a daily to watch all her favorite shows.

I love my samsung galaxy tablet. It is so easy to use and convenient. Best buy has the best prices and the best products. I have purchased seversl electronics from best buy and I have never had an issue with them if I had to return an item. Customer service is great, online ordeing is easy.

I love Samsung thats all i buy but the Tab A9+ is terrible i have 2 for my kids and these spend more time at the best buy repair center then they actually get to use them, both tablets combined been sent out over a dozen times less then first year and gone a almost a month for back ordered parts each time for the same 2 issues charging docks and screen replacements yet there never physical damage a few times i noticed the battery was drained turned off they plug it back in and even hours on the charger never turn back on, we had both replaced and junked out already both ended up back at a service center just after a month ive spent more money on tempered glass screen protectors then the price of the service plans already since they always have a bad screen. Like i said i love Samsung i stand by most there products but this one is sensitive im hoping next time they go out to service they will let me junk them out and pay the extra for the newer model

Got it for my daughter for college. She loves it!!

Replaced a S2 with S9. The newer version has the capability needed to run all app which the older version was no longer able to do. All I needed for a very reasonable price.
