Best buy has the best prices and the best products. I have purchased seversl electronics from best buy and I have never had an issue with them if I had to return an item. Customer service is great, online ordeing is easy.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Samsung thats all i buy but the Tab A9+ is terrible i have 2 for my kids and these spend more time at the best buy repair center then they actually get to use them, both tablets combined been sent out over a dozen times less then first year and gone a almost a month for back ordered parts each time for the same 2 issues charging docks and screen replacements yet there never physical damage a few times i noticed the battery was drained turned off they plug it back in and even hours on the charger never turn back on, we had both replaced and junked out already both ended up back at a service center just after a month ive spent more money on tempered glass screen protectors then the price of the service plans already since they always have a bad screen. Like i said i love Samsung i stand by most there products but this one is sensitive im hoping next time they go out to service they will let me junk them out and pay the extra for the newer model

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Please take a moment to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to conduct some quick troubleshooting steps on your device to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your tablet. So I had to drive 48 miles one way to a store that had the one that I needed to replace it.
