The staff was very helpful in finding a sim card and cover for the tablet. The geek squad was excellent in helping me set up the tablet and answered all question I had. I am very happy.

I have been able to download quite a few movies and series to watch when I am traveling, or not in a location where cable or any kind of streaming is available. I can also get local and national news on it, downloading the appropriate apps. I bought a case, which I wasn't sure of at first because of the added weight, but it hasn't been a detriment.

However, charging is a major problem. I’ve tried multiple chargers, including the original Samsung phone charger, and most of them don’t work properly with this tablet. It’s frustrating having to hunt for a compatible charger. Overall, it’s a good tablet for kids, but the charging issues really hold it back.

Adults would love it aswell, strong processors, Samsung did very well. P.S. we need cam upgrades.

It was great bargain. Gifted it to my father he loves it even tho he jusg watches youtube and netflix on it. Not sure how it does with gaming but for media it is great
