Got the Galaxy Tab A9+ a few weeks ago and I’m really impressed. The screen is crisp and easy on the eyes, it handles everything I throw at it (streaming, multitasking, light gaming) without a hitch, and that 256GB gives me plenty of space for apps, photos, and files. Battery easily lasts all day. It’s slim, feels sturdy, and pairs nicely with my other Samsung gear. The only thing I wish is that it came with the S-Pen, but that’s a minor gripe. Definitely worth it if you want a strong mid-range tablet.

I like the operation of the tablet, the user interface, the wake/sleep function with a cover, and it runs smoothly on with all the apps I like. Switches quickly between apps, and the camera is adequate but not as good as the one on my Samsung phone. Charging isn't fast but holds the charge a long time. The default system settings send me a lot of non-urgent beeping system messages that I don't need interrupting my day, but by plowing through configuration options, I got most of them silenced. It also wasn't recognizing punctuation during voice typing; the solution was to switch an option under voice typing from Samsung to Google voice typing so that it types "," when I say "comma." How well this stands up over time is really going to be the important factor to me... I'm tired of replacing cheaper tablets with power buttons that fail, charging that stops, or other hardware failures that turn Android tablets into bricks. So we'll see. So far only my most expensive Android tablet purchase has lasted for years and properly aged into obsolescence. The cheaper ones die young. The main reason I'm knocking this down a star is the micro SD tray. It was exasperating. I actually bought 2 of these A9+ tablets from 2 different stores, and they both were the same in this respect. I've put micro SD cards into a lot of different devices, and I expected them to fit into the slot on the tray. Not these. Couldn't get my micro SD cards to fit or even lay flat on the tray. I did my best to put the card in, slid the tray into the tablet, and the device didn't recognize the card... I ejected the tray, and the tray came out leaving the card down in the slot. I fished it out (which is not easy) and tried again with same results. On the 3rd try doing exactly the same thing, the device finally recognized the SD card. I hope I don't need to replace it anytime soon. Same problem loading an SD card into the 2nd tablet, but I did manage it in the end. Just seems like very poor engineering.

This item was exactly what i was looking for. it was an amazing gift for my mother since she's been asking for a new tablet for years it brought literal tears to her eyes since she wasn't use to receiving gifts like this during the holidays and i was glad i could get it for her. The switch of her files from her old tablet was fast and easy and she loves the screen size and extra space to store all her photos and videos of her family. i appreciate the help i got finding this tablet considering i wasn't sure there were many options besides a Lenovo but the galaxy tab really blows me away on quality and performance. Highly recommended

Weak cameras: The front and rear cameras are not the best, but for a tablet in this price range, it's understandable. Lack of fingerprint sensor: It does not have a fingerprint reader, meaning you will always have to enter your password or pattern to unlock it. This tablet is perfect for my senior parents as the old Samsung Tab A-series tab was 10-years old and had problem updating. Battery is long lasting and tab also receives auto update regularly from Samsung. 256GB is a lot of space as compared to 32GB of my old A-series. These tablets last really long time. Not too much into gaming so can't really say but perfect for YouTube, Browsing and E-mail. It feels sturdy on hand and Display is bright enough for outside viewing I do sit in shade avoiding direct sunlight but I had no problem using it outside.

Very pleased with the performance and features on this tablet, especially given its entry-level price. There are a few features I could wish for, most notably a fingerprint scanner for various apps to lean on for quick and secure biometric identification, but those are hardly deal-breakers and are not surprising omissions given the price of the A9+. Screen is especially sharp and clear, which is a primary concern for me. The battery life also seems better than I was anticipating, although perhaps I just haven't pushed it hard enough yet.

Very light weighing, convenient to carry it when travling, lighter and thiner than my previous galaxy tab. I like the screen quality, clear and satisfied with the memory and the speed. After the use of my old galaxy tab for some years, I became a fan of Samsung glaxy tab. My old galaxy tab is still good and functioning but had smaller screen and less memory, so I purchased this up- graded one. Overall, I am satisfied with this new galaxy tab A9+, easy to use.

This Samsung tablet was really good. I used it for a work and art, and it was really easy to use, very simple. Overall, I honestly think that this is really awesome and fast, easy and really excellent. I’d recommend this to other people too if you’re using for work and stuff.

This is my first tablet and I am happy with my Samsung Galaxy! Easy to operate and is just the right size. Colors are good - no complaints! I did buy a charger and cover for it separately - just like phones these days - have to buy additional items. So far - works very well!

This tablet is awesome I cannot believe the quality and speed of this tablet. I bought this around Thanksgiving or maybe Christmas but I bought it cheap $250. Let me tell you it was an absolute steal. Super fast running lots of room it gets ahead of me sometimes. Amazing sound, quality pictures and videos just extraordinary quality! I wish I would have purchased 2. Everything my phone and watch connected so easily. It’s absolutely loved around here ❤️ I’ll be watching again this year for another one hopefully the kind of sale we was lucky enough to find at Best Buy.

Upgraded from the Samsung A7 and have been thrilled. The battery life is much longer. The screen is large and bright and the touch screen works perfectly without being too sensitive. It is fast and has had no glitches, Very happy with this tablet!

I made this purchase for my wife after researching reviews and product information. For the price we paid for this tablet, it was well worth it. Out of the box it was easy to setup and use. The screen is bright and vibrant, storage is more then enough for her purposes, navigating around various pages are not difficult at all. The item itself is very thin, light and feels a bit fragile, not like her previous IPad that died on her. But it's always in a protective case when not in use. I would give this tablet 5 stars but I'm not the primary user. I'm just the admin and setup guy.
