Do not have any problem with the operation of my tablet. What I was unhappy with, through my own fault, was that I would have liked the model that allowed me to send texts and make phone calls.

Product is great. My only complaint is the delivery service best buy used was less than satisfactory. The products were picked up at a store half hour away from my home at 3 pm in the afternoon. Got a text message from the driver my purchase was on the way. Watched the map and driver made several stops for long waits. Last stop was 15 minutes from my home for more than three hours. I texted the driver after 8:30 pm to find out if I was getting my product. Driver responded problems with maps and my purchase would be sent back to the store and re try to deliver the next day. At 12.:01 am my purchases were delivered and the driver ran my door bell and sat in my driveway for several minutes. Waking up my entire household.

This is beautiful. I purchase six of them. I need the two of them all I had right now.

Bought this for my son as a Christmas gift, and he loves it. He can sync it to his watch, read books, etc... So far, no complaints.

Nice replacement for wife's 10 year old one. We bought a new version because wife love's her old one.

We have several Samsung tablets and love them. My grandkids play games on them and they work great.

The Samsung Galaxy A+ tablet is a super buy. Its efficient and light weight and very good value for money.

Simple setup but haven't done much yet since it was a Christmas present. Some apps didn't transfer from phone but looking forward to playing with it.

Great tablet for kids with parental controls, and I can set time limits to keep my kids from going over their time frame.

S Tab A9+ is a simple and yet it is an excellent quality tablet for everyday work or entertainment.

I love Samsung thats all i buy but the Tab A9+ is terrible i have 2 for my kids and these spend more time at the best buy repair center then they actually get to use them, both tablets combined been sent out over a dozen times less then first year and gone a almost a month for back ordered parts each time for the same 2 issues charging docks and screen replacements yet there never physical damage a few times i noticed the battery was drained turned off they plug it back in and even hours on the charger never turn back on, we had both replaced and junked out already both ended up back at a service center just after a month ive spent more money on tempered glass screen protectors then the price of the service plans already since they always have a bad screen. Like i said i love Samsung i stand by most there products but this one is sensitive im hoping next time they go out to service they will let me junk them out and pay the extra for the newer model

My daughter and Son loves this tablet, they can play their favorites games and streaming videos etc., they love taking pictures and recording videos with this tablet.

I love this tablet it’s pretty nice and easy to use as well… the screen is big and is able to access easy too.. to watch movies and favorite shows

Its awesome. Wish it had a S pen but that's my fault. Old rubber stylist doesn't work well. Otherwise just what I was looking for.
