RIP Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+11

Now the Samsung won't charge. Took about an hour to get it up to 1% and it turned on. Then it died again....RIP. I will not buy again.

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. No stylus works with it

Returned to seller by fedex..

There are so many restrictions on packages which is highly unnecessary. Then these seller dont even protect the device. They ship it in this place envelope that gets slung around. Best buy has gone down tremendously!!! I wouldnt reccomend best buy for anything. You also dont get top $ for trade ins. They are a rip offf

Defective screen out of box (flashing black spot).

Mine had an extremely distracting black flashing spot in corner by battery icon. If I get a proper working replacement I will update stars or re-review it if possible.

Not working properly

Dont buy from Best Buy

Best Buy and Roadie couldn't help locate it. Best Buy promised a replacement for pickup, but details never came through, and every time I contacted support, the story kept changing.
