Set up was super easy; It walks you through syncing with other devices, or you can opt not to. Light weight, yet doesn't feel flimsy. Haven't explored the camera yet, but will be doing so in the near future. I would have preferred to have a pen option with it, but Samsung doesn't offer it with this model.

Really like how sleek it is and being that i have many Samsung products from phones to tv's and laptops i find them all very easy to use and i would never hesitate to buy another Samsung product from Best Buy because I've always been pleased with the Best Buy employee knowledge and how easy they are to talk with.

Why do people have to buy additional stuff jsut to get the device to work? If the brand is going to be switching charging cords, the full charge should be included in the package. Also disappointed that I could not even do a transfer of apps from the old Samsung tablet to the new one.

I always have concerns about my WEBROOT subscriptions. It seems like there are parallel subscriptions. A bit more clarity would be helpful.
