Why do people have to buy additional stuff jsut to get the device to work? If the brand is going to be switching charging cords, the full charge should be included in the package. Also disappointed that I could not even do a transfer of apps from the old Samsung tablet to the new one.

The order was ready when I arrived and did not take me long to pick it up. I have not used my tablet much but it seems to be working just fine.
