    The product works great. Excellent quality for the price. However, the incessant harassment for over 30 days after the purchase to leave a review, is a bit ridiculous.

    It's a good tablet. For simple use it's fine. Only down part is that it takes more than 5 hours to fully charge (on fast charging). Yes, you read that right. It will go blank randomly. Happened on the first day it was used. And has happened a couple times in less than a month.

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Please take a moment to review, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device.     Off to the repair shop

    The device was deliver 10 Oct and failed 1 Nov. That's just outside the return window for Best Buy (But not for Amazon). The screen locked up. There is one corrective action which is to reboot. If that don't work, it's off to the repair shop. Print a label, buy a box, go to the UPS store, wait for 7 days to determine if the device is at fault. The data is all lost. My recommendation is find a different brand and buy it from a different company. Hours of work lost on a faulty device.....

    Overall decent tablet, great if you have a Samsung phone. Touch sensitivity isn't the best but only complaint.

    Everytime I downloadded an app and tried to use it it would freeze and kick me out. The power behind the tablet was greatly lacking for the price and what to expect.

    I made this purchase 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my package. I have tried contacting customer service and they have told me they cannot do anything about my package until it's "delivered" if I ever get it since the carrier they work with has already picked it up from their facility. I paid over $230 for this and the only reason I bought it was because it was supposed to get shipped and delivered the next day. I would've understood if I had to wait like a week but waiting 3 weeks is absurd. I would recommend changing carriers.

    Charging port has stopped working properly with in a couple weeks of using it. Taking to best buy to try and get replacement

If your Galaxy Tab A9+ isn't syncing your Google Calendar correctly, please check your tablet's account settings to ensure "Auto sync data" and "Calendar sync" are enabled for your Google account. Then, manually trigger a sync via the account settings or the Calendar app. If you're still unable to sync your calendar, please clear the cache/data for the Calendar app and/or reinstall the Google Calendar app to reset the sync.
