    Need customer service reps from this country. Current reps do NOT speak or understand English. This makes it very difficult to order as this is the only option available.

    My first android tablet to try out. I only purchased the cheapest one at a cost of around $300. A bit confusing to find some settings if wanting to change.

    Tablet works just like my old Galaxy tablet except for one major thing. Once or twice a week screen freezes and touch screen has no reaction. The only thing you can do is do a hard reboot to correct it. I have read about similar reviews on the forum but had hoped it wouldn't happen to me. You would think Samsung would have a fix for this problem since it appears to be a global issue.

    Gave it 3 stars because I did had to have it replace, but at least it was within the warranty limits. Please be advise this is only Wifi capable
