    I returned it. When using the downloaded videos on Paramount app, the video was glitchy. It wirked fine with other streaming apps and if it was connected to wifi. But if wifi is off, majir issues. Just nit something i wanted to deal with. Sadly, had to go with Ipad

    Can't get the item delivered

    Item was being shipped to my house and I should receive in 2 days. Not delivered. Called customer support and was assured it would be delivered. Not delivered. Called customer service was told it would be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting. I would not recommend having anything shipped to your house. They have my money!

    Really? Why would a product that requires charging not include a charger? It is incredibly slow to charge and the battery drains quickly. Not a huge fan.

    No stylus works with it. If someone wants to use a stylus, I wouldn't recommend buying it. I tried a few styluses from Amazon, but I had to return them all due to their ineffectiveness.

    Defective screen out of the box ruined my experience with this tablet right away so I did not get to use it enough to form a proper opinion. Mine had an extremely distracting black flashing spot in corner by battery icon. If I get a proper working replacement I will update stars or re-review it if possible.

    RIP Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+11

    When the Tablet did work the battery went extremely fast compared to my Apple iPad. Now the Samsung won't charge. Took about an hour to get it up to 1% and it turned on. Then it died again....RIP. I will not buy again.

    When I rec'd this tablet and started to set up, it said I had to get a sim card for it that wasn't included.

    I purchased this tablet mid November. Loved it! Unfortunately, I have used it maybe 8 times over th past 2 months. Now it won't charge or turn on. Steer clear and save the hassle.

    Do not buy! I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. From day one it wasn't charging right for some reason. Now he has to position it a certain way in order to attempt to charge it. So disappointed in Samsung at this point. Buyer beware.

    Returned to seller by fedex..

    I never got my item. Item was returned to seller by fedex. There are so many restrictions on packages which is highly unnecessary. Then these seller dont even protect the device. They ship it in this place envelope that gets slung around. Best buy has gone down tremendously!!! I wouldnt reccomend best buy for anything. You also dont get top $ for trade ins. They are a rip offf
