    RIP Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+11

    When the Tablet did work the battery went extremely fast compared to my Apple iPad. Now the Samsung won't charge. Took about an hour to get it up to 1% and it turned on. Then it died again....RIP. I will not buy again.

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger.     Returned to seller by fedex..

    I never got my item. Item was returned to seller by fedex. There are so many restrictions on packages which is highly unnecessary. Then these seller dont even protect the device. They ship it in this place envelope that gets slung around. Best buy has gone down tremendously!!! I wouldnt reccomend best buy for anything. You also dont get top $ for trade ins. They are a rip offf

    I purchased this tablet mid November. Loved it! Unfortunately, I have used it maybe 8 times over th past 2 months. Now it won't charge or turn on. Steer clear and save the hassle.

    Tablet would not turn on. Neither Best Buy nor Samsung are offering ro repair or replace a system that failed in less than 30 days.

    Had to be sent back to manufacturer. Best buy had none and no more coming in. I was not happy with the whole ordeal. Still waiting for a new one.

    Had to pay the Geek Squad $$$ to open the pad.

    I had to drive into the city of Jackson to pay the Geek Squad $40.00 to unlock it after setting it up. It wouldn't recognize the password. The technician said it was a "glitch".

    Dont buy from Best Buy

    I'd love to review the product quality, but it was delivered to the wrong address. Best Buy and Roadie couldn't help locate it. Best Buy promised a replacement for pickup, but details never came through, and every time I contacted support, the story kept changing.

    Do not under any circumstances but this tablet. Suddenly doesn't work after not using for a week. Won't charge and boot up,looking up online they have same problems. Better off get an ipad, why did I take a chance on this on LOL

    I like the larger (than my previous...) tablet size and the 256MB of internal storage. Mostly used for email & surfing the web. Have been very satisfied with the quality of Samsung tablets, Chromebooks, laptops, & cellphones for many years.
