    it did not even come with an owners manual. I had to go online using a laptop computer to watch a video on where the Power Switch was. The Best Buy Salesman & another Expert in the store, acted like i should know about Electronic Devices. I am 82 years old & i still use a landline Telephone & a wired Fax Machine. Both of the Best Buy employees referred me.to AMAZON. I do NOT trust online purchases

    This item is wonderful tablet and easily syncs with my android phone. The keyboard folio case that accompanies it is great to have as well.

    I'm not happy with the way it only charges if its unlocked and some other things including getting it turned off.

    Definitely a great tablet for the price. Prefomance is a little lacking but wouldn't find one with better performance at a lower price.

    Works alright for streaming and as a last resort backup for running live show consoles. But this things OS lagged straight out of the box. Does the job and having a spare tablet is convenient but don't expect anything above light-duty.

    Very unhappy. The color and speed on my 10 year old Samsung tablet is much better. There is also a lot of juttering

    Shuts down alot. Sound goes out frequently and it is hard to get it back.

    Good tablet for the price I paid for it. I like the ability to use microSD card for storage, saving space on the internal drive.
