Q: Can it be used overseas in japan?
A: It should work anywhere. The only issue would be the WiFi. Different countries have different frequency channels allocated for use, so it is possible that there are some hotspots that use a frequency that this tablet cannot get in that country.

You can write on, draw on, and annotate your PDFs right from the app and then save them for future use. There are additional options for exporting PDFs and notes as well, such as PowerPoint presentations or Microsoft Word documents, if you need to add the contents elsewhere. The Galaxy Tab A9+ is not S Pen compatible, however, a passive or capacitive stylus works just fine to get the job done. I have had several different brands of tablets in the tablets in the past, but i always go back to Samsung. This tablet is very easy to setup. The picture and sound are great. This tablet is easy to use all around. I have 2 Samsung tablets (Samsung Tab A8 and Samsung Tab A7 Lite) and a Galaxy S22 Ultra Phone. I just bought this tablet for my niece and she loves it. P.S. All of the electronics I have in my home are Samsung and I've never had a problem with any of them.

Great Samsung Tablet!
Got tired of trying to play one or two games on my phone's little screen, so I broke down and purchased this Samsung tablet. Great size, fast processor, connects to my Samsung phone, and allows me to work on it vice unplugging my laptop. Like it so much my wife and I bought one each for our granddaughter and grandson. Our granddaughter even remarked that she's a big girl now because of owning "a big girl's tablet!" Very happy with the purchases--highly recommended!
