Bad Display quality

I have all latest devices from Samsung, and they all are giving trouble about something like getting hot, stuck, or lines on displays. This table withing 9 months of purchase display got lines all over screen. Note no physical damage or no rough use to device but still their device getting crazy in few months of use

It waa only like 15 dollars cheaper then a brand new one. They said it would work. Waste of money womt turn on and if it does it wont hold a charge. Haven't been able to use it. Had it on the charger for days and still nothing
