Not very impressed with this tablet. Got it as a gift for someone, and almost immediately out of the box I could see it struggling to load apps. Wish I spent an extra $100 and got something else.

Not working with in 3 months after we bought this tab

Not as easy as Amazon Kindal I have to remember the names of the programs (even though already downloaded).

Bought as a Christmas present the person I bought it for tried to finally use it last week and won’t even turn on or charge would not recommend this product

After I brought it home from Best Buy, I couldn’t get it setup with parental controls. Not being familiar with Android OS, I then had the Geek Squad take a look at it. After multiple attempts and an hour later, they couldn’t set it up. Very user unfriendly device. I then got a refund and bought an iPad. Lesson learned, will never buy an Android product again.

Not happy w/the kitchen range purchase - 1st use of fixing breakfast, the skillet size can still be seen on the glass top. Have to scrub it after each use and can still see the use.

Ok tablet for basic tasks. I was looking for something that could handle games a little better.

short battery life, old one lasted longer than this one.

Slow performance, stripped down features, display background options limited

This tablet is very slow, charges slow and dies fast. It comes with a 15 watt max power type c port so even if you connect a super fast charger like 45w and up it will only charge at 15w. The battery life is atrocious, you could have it on a charger and watch a YouTube and the battery will still drain. Run to another tablet this one

Samsung tabs work great for a year and die exactly once they are out of warranty. Seems like some kill switch programing. They die once the warranty is over.

bought this tablet, got the wrong color, was told by support to just bring it for an exchange, drove 3 joirs to get it change, instead they gave me a refund and i had to buy it again, managers at Fargo did not even talk to me, hot a email from best buy that they were fix the misunderstanding, never call or email back

Way too laggy and slow to do even the most basic tasks like opening apps and scrolling. Fills me with frustration after about 30 minutes of use. Not really using it anymore.

Its fine not quick at all but for the price can you complain

Purchased this on Black Friday cause it was a good deal. Gave it to my son-in January for his birthday. The screen doesn't work. It just froze brought for repair. It's taking more than 2 weeks cause Samsung will not give them some kind of code. I Do not recommend it. Straight out of the box the screen was just frozen. Too bad. I couldn't return it because the return window had already passed.

This tablet I would say its okay. For browsing and low settings its good but for other stuff dont expect it will deliver.
