Not sure what happened, I had it plugged in, fell asleep, woke up, and it wouldnt turn on. Super sad I work really busy hours so I just never made it in to fix or exchange it. Really nice material but yeah, if yours works I'd recommend it!

While I spent a little more buying new as opposed to "reconditioned" on other sites, it was money well spent. I use it primarily to stream internet radio for work and a full charge will last the full 40-hour work week.

I’m really disappointed that Samsung disabled the ability to use this as a second monitor for a laptop. The battery life, touchscreen sensitivity, responsiveness, and user interface are frustratingly bad.

Location,so i purchased this model,Big Mistake.. Very slow to charge and not a good fit for kids,also I found the Orginal tablet that I wanted at the Chesela Manhattan. Ny location, but it some weird policy between the two store's I was told by a bestbuy employee at geek squad that they could not have another device from that location to be delivered.. so now I'm stuck and it's broken.. Bad buisness bestbuy.

Therefore, i am returning it for a refund of the cost. I never was able to see it work or use it. Looks neat, but has many takebacks and drawbacks, sometimes the battery is not that best.
