the volume, picture and resolution is perfect. The tablet has enough memory for my granddaughter. the tablet is light in weight. I have no complaints

Although a bit slow to start fully, this tablet fit my needs for a larger view and operation.

Easy enough to set up, but as usual with all the recent Samsung devices I have setup the proprietary Samsung software to transfer setting between devices just doesn't work. It struggles to ever connect with the old device, and in the 1 out of 50 times it says it connects it never actually transferred any data. Don't waste your time, just set it up from scratch. Otherwise went smoothly, excellent for reading, and web surfing.

My other Samsung-Galaxy finally died after many years of use! This is a great tablet and is upgrade from my other one! I would recommend for anyone wanting to use a tablet! Also upon purchase you will need to purchase a wall plugin for this or you will need to charge on your computer! Just saying so you don't have to make an additional trip as I did!

My daughter loves this device. She's always on it from morning til bedtime. I recommend this device for all

This is the fastest tablet I have ever owned. I can only imagine what the S-Class tablet can do perfect size too. Got to say it was worth the money even though you can find it cheaper online

I bought this item for my bonus son and he loves it. We got the kid case and he loves how big the screen is. For the price, it was an excellent purchase. He is autistic so we were looking for something affordable. I would recommend.

Fast, great quality. Easy setup. We use these for childrens tablets and they are easier to use than Amazon Fire kids tablet. Also i have more parental controls with this vs the Amazon Kids tablet.

As a gift to my daughter Victoria on April 13th our visit was awesome going from the bottom to nothing but smiles the long wait was finally over. However a few months later the port seem not to work awesome tablet went to troublesome and under warranty it was considered for replacement. Everything worked out and the experience of my 12 year old big purchase was good overall being mature through it all. Big Thanks to Best Buy!

So far this has been a great tablet. I purchased for work use, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, etc., and it functions perfect. Battery life has held up well to regular use throughout the day (usually get at least 2 days before I need to recharge). I was disappointed it does not support palm rejection. I feel like all these tablets should support this now, but oh well. overall a good tablet.
