In love with my new tablet!! The best feature is that it has fingerprint recognition.

First a little about myself. I may very well qualify as a Samsung fanboy. Overall, I have bought 5 Samsung phones, 6 Samsung tablets, and 4 Samsung TVs. So when they finally released Tab s3 (with S pen), it was preordered from Bestbuy before it even came out. I wanted to be here and write a glowing review. However, my Tab s3 did not even last one month. The power button completely stopped working. First, i try to call customer service. They refer me to a link online to request repair. Guess what..there is no option to request repair for Tab S3 online. The Samsung guy at Best Buu recommended I take it to their repair center 30 minutes away. So I did. When I got there, i got a rude representative who tried to blame me for the power button failure. Rather than make an effort to replace their defective device, now I have to mail it to Texas and they estimate it will take a couple of weeks to repair. They couldn't even repair it at the center here since the tablet is so new. After this horrible experience, this is probably my last purchase of anything Samsung. They seriously need to look at how they operate and seriously improve their quality control. They may also want to take a hard look at training their customer service representatives. Final advice...I should expect my brand new premium tablet to last more than one month. My expectation should not be so low as to be happy that it did not explode in mu face like their Note phone. So goodbye Samsung. Never again.

I really enjoy my Samsung tablet and the ability to use a stylus for apps. Doesn't have a spot to hold stylus which is a problem. Everything doesn't sync from my Samsung phone.

I purchased this tablet a month ago. Love the features but I have had to factory reset and still only lasts a couple of days. My Samsung tab a 8.0 lasted all week.

Only had a few days but so far it is working well. Only downside so far is that the magnetic connection to the dedicated case is weak and can come loose. You have to be careful.

The resolution for the tablet is astonishing and plus adding a keyboard makes it a must have
