    I purchased this item online as a open-box in excellent condition. Once received, charged overnight and used the next. Repeat. Attempted to use, battery was almost completely dead. Checked connections, change outlets. Boxed up and returned to store. Explained situation to store rep, no tech suggestions or support, only offer of refund.

    Bougth this to replace a LG 10" tablet. And tho the graphics are much better, it lacked the brightness even at the highest setting which you can imagine drained the battery very quickly. Has great features but in the end more than I need so I returned it and got the Lenovo for less than half the price.
