Good for Netflix or Hulu but that’s about it! Don’t buy

If you like tablets your going to like this one. Great picture, sound and very easy to set up. S pen works great. Security is very good and the apps for personal use and business use work well. Only con is the price.

I've had several tablets from Samsung, but this one is far and away the best one ever. Fast, great display, nice sound, and the keyboard/cover accessory makes this work very much like a Microsoft surface, just a bit smaller. Also, the s pen works great, and I am using the spen more than I thought I would!

After realizing the s2 9.7 doesn't have a vibration function I opted for the s3 9.7. So far I am very happy with my purchase (It has vibration whereas the s2 did not). The only con would be the price, however I was able to get an open box one at a much fairer price luckily. Maybe wait until the price drops a little bit to buy this tablet, however if you cannot wait; it is a fantastic product.

If deciding between the S3 and an iPad Pro, here are some things to keep in mind: Samsung has an AMOLED screen, Apple has LED. But Apple has an anti-glare coating and color adjustment abilities. The Apple has better and longer battery life. The Samsung includes the S Pen stylus, Apple does not (Apple Pencil is $99 separate purchase). The Samsung camera is not as good as Apple's. Samsung Flow software is confusing, Apple Continuity is not. The fingerprint sensor does not work as well as Touch ID on Apple. The keyboard (extra $130) feels smaller and more cramped than Apple's Smart Keyboard (also a separate purchase). If you have a Galaxy phone, then this tablet will be a good companion. If you don't, then I'm not sure.

I'm very happy with my Tab S3. I also have a Samsung phone and smart watch. They work well together, and share the same calendar app, for example. The Tab S3 is very fast, has great display and sound quality. This was a huge upgrade from my Fire tablet. I'm amazed at how much I use the Tab S3, as I use it for most of the tasks that I previously used my PC for. Highly recommended.

So I went back and forth on getting tablets. I first picked up the Samsung tab a 8.0 I ended up returning it 1 hour after I bought it. It was to slow. Then tired the Samsung tab a with s pen, but didn't end up working out since there was no app to receive text messages. Then finally I came across the Samsung galaxy tab s3. It was amazing. It has everything I need. I know for that price point it should. But I'm very happy with my purchase :) took 3 times but I'm glad I got this one.

This is a great tablet still works. I just wish it was updated.

If you need a tablet that can handle all the basics plus multimedia content creation then this is a great tablet. The battery life has been better than expected. The build quality is very solid. The S-pen is great for taking notes and creating art. This is the only tablet where there are speakers at the 4 corners that ensure you always hear in stereo. The price is not cheap, but there is nothing missing and no compromises, which means it will last for many years and continue to be useful.

just upgraded from the s2...what a difference!...the S3 is super fast in loading/navigating...the stylus is smoking responsive...you can now move the slider bar on a you tube video and it responds immediately...love the ability to write note and print them! It recognized my printer immediately and loaded the software needed to print without the hassle...The learning curve is nothing...super intuitive...I don't want to use my S2 anymore because the S3 is a MAJOR Improvement over the S2...Worth Every Nickel...The S3 delivers the goods!!! It is Super Good!!!

I bought my Tab S3 with the keyboard cover about 3 days ago and I love the product. I read a lot of the reviews before I made my purchase which was very beneficial for me in making my decision. On one of the reviews they complained about the battery life not lasting 12 hours like Smasung claims. I haven't had it long enough to see how long it really lasts but already it lasts several hours longer than my Galaxy 10.1 2014 edition. Then again I may not be requiring as much out of a tablet as some people are. There's really no comparison to my old tablet. I am sorry for those who have had a bad experience with this product but so far it has been nothing but amazing to me. I am glad I made the purchase.

Light, screen does not hurt the eyes, can do most high capacity projects on this tablet

Very happy with my new tablet, best display ever! now i know why apple is buying all the screens from Samsung, definitely feels like writing with a #2 pencil, battery life also compensates for the price if you want a tablet to do what a tablet is meant to do this is the one. it will be nice to have the Note 8 pair up with this tablet that's for sure.

I bought this for my daughters birthday. I added a 64 gb micro sd card to make up for the 32 gb onboard memory. This tablet has a great high resolution screen that can show HDR content. The pen works well, the fingerprint reader, not so well. This is the best Android tablet I have used and my daughter is happy to have it.

If you have a Tab S2 AND you're happy with it, then wait for the next incarnation. The exception is if you need to have a stylus. I don't so this was a waste

Out the box experience high quality look and feel screen is truly amazing. It automatically connected to KS 8000 TV. Samsung does a lot to make android into a tablet OS. Only change I made was to switch to Nova Laucher to me it adds features that aren't available with out hindering those that are....

I wanted to get a tablet so that I could watch videos or browse on the web when I don't want to turn on my laptop and have been waiting for this tablet to be released since I've been an Android user and a supporter of Samsung products. After a day's use, I don't love it but it's a decent tablet. Cons: - camera sucks really bad - when watching videos, there's a difference in color when watching on the tablet compared to the laptop... not sure If anyone else noticed that... the colors on the laptop are much better - there's a high possibility of losing the pen since there's no place to insert the pen inside the tablet like their Note cellphones - can't really tell if the battery is great because I like my screens bright so I have to charge my tablet after a day even though I'm not constantly using it - Samsung's touch ID is not great Pros: - comes with a pen and works really well - cheaper than buying an ipad which does not come with a pen at all (I'm not a big Apple fan) - I like the Recolor app :)

I am an Apple fan, I will admit. I just picked this tablet up because I just wanted to see how the Android world was improving compared to Apple products. I am impressed with the latest Android products. I love this tablet, even more so than my 2 IPads. This tablet, plus the increasing costs of Apple products may convince me to come back to Android. I hate to leave all my I Apple songs behind, but I’m using Amazon music now, so no big deal.

I bought this product on Sep 10 2017, In 30 days it created a display issue(discoloration) red patches,black and white shadows moving around the screen when i watching videos or movies. Best buy denied to exchange because it crossed 15 days return timeline. I requested Samsung to refund the money. Samsung representative asked me to return the product so they want to make sure there is no physical damage. I haven't receive the refund, But they replaced the display screen and sent it back again, also i got the response we cant make your refund because you purchased from best buy. I chose the wrong product,I don,t recommend anybody to buy this product. I got repaired new display still it didn't solve the problem. Still i can see the problem here and there slightly it may expose after sometime i guess.

Pros: 1. Very nice built, high quality tablet 2. Works wells 3. S-Pen and other customization Cons: 1. Very expensive (reason I did not give it 5 stars) 2. Heavier than the previous model (Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7) 3. Glass back makes it more prone to breaking due to dropping (having to purchase case to protect it). I spend a lot of time on my tablet and have found this to be a very nice tablet to work with.
